One thing is certain, we are going to have a new President in 2016. Donald Trump published is plan for healthcare. We break it down, here's a hint, it's not very thought through.  A NPR clip from the same week President Obama is spiking the Obamacare football in Wisconsin is telling a much different story.  Why are prescription pricing skyrocketing? Because they can! 

Dr. James Keane went to med school late in life. Prior to medicine, Dr. Keane worked in government and eventually spent time lobbying in Arizona government.  This interview is basically the deep conversations we have over breakfast with microphones rolling.  Dr. Keane takes a different tact than I have in the prior episodes.
