Dedicated to waking people up to living their best life by helping them untangle from their past and connect to their higher purpose. Ann inspires people by sharing her personal experiences of loss, transition and triumph. The Gift of Shift:Discover the Key Within to Unlock Your Best Life is Ann’s gift to those who are struggling with life’s unforeseen consequences, and fear what is ahead. She shows how easy change can be once you embrace the gift within the challenge.of life. As she states, the book itself gives readers “a clearer picture on how to make shift happen for yourself. he book is written as a guide to make it easy to CHOOSE CHANGE! Ann's own experiences with life led to to this book: her college best friend stole her high school boyfriend; the loss of an infant child, a belligerent and abusive husband, a child born with several neurological disorders, a family suicide, and months of chronic illness from the bite of snake. The events led Ann to find the gift hidden within each of them. This book is written with fellow life coach Tracey MacDonald, to show how one can open that gift lovingly. Instead of freezing up, becoming resistant or giving in to depression, resignation or other unhealthy emotions, one can choose a more life-affirming, adaptable approach that can lead to  better pathway forward. Ann's experiences tested her at the deepest level; and she rewrote her story to find the nugget of truth that provided hope, healing, resolve and wisdom.  FREE GIFT: https://skyviewcoaching.com/soul-cpr-free-gift/

A State of Pure Consciousness on we Deserve Better with Dorrin Rosenfeld
C von Hassett and Rachel Wilkie, a married couple, will discuss his book Entering the Mind. There is a place beyond even simple meditation. A place where you become aware of your awareness, to experience the totality of space, freedom, and oneness with infinity. This is your “mind in its natural state,” where your ego, your “I”-ness, your labels or your addictions just disappear. Hassett maintains that once you’ve stepped over the threshold, to experience this awakened state, it is easier and easier to attain it—and there is no going back! Being bogged down in the “conceptual mind” pales in comparison and holds no attraction. Entering the Mind is a guidebook which lays open the deepest secrets taught in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition of Dzogchen, considered the highest wisdom practice known to man. No need to go live in a cave in India or become a lifetime follower of a guru . . . Hassett hands you the key to this beckoning doorway with age-old meditation practices that take you straight into pure consciousness. There you will find not a nothingness, but what you experience firsthand is an emptiness, an incredible spaciousness—and therein lies your freedom! With remarkable clarity and beautiful prose, Hassett enables you to travel the inner path to a state of no depression, fear, anxiety, or worry. A writer, editor and publisher of Riot Material magazine, C von Hassett practices Dzogchen, an ancient way pointing the individual inward toward the recognition of their own mind, towards awakening. He and his wife, Rachel Reid Wilkie are committed to bringing Dzogchen to the wider world as a way to open the wellspring of love, joy, compassion, ease and peace for all of humankind.
