Let's Talk About Thinking:
We have a slightly shorter episode today due to some goings on at Casa de Brain Dump. But this episode is full of fun facts about Churchill and venom (not together) and following the news to us, we dive deep into what it means to critically think. The nature of science is brought up, and we discuss how science can be portrayed in the media. We touch on how repeatable experiments holds the key to legitimate science and cite a study done by Mary Schweitzer that supports earlier interpretations of medullary bone. This episode is a wee different from the others not just because of the length, but also because the content is much more editorial than previous episodes. We ramble, we stump each other and ourselves, and we might be mildly incoherent and slightly preachy. I hope you enjoy and keep an eye out later this week for a supplemental episode! Hint, it'll be on a slice of time from earth's deep past. Questions, comments, ramblings of your own? Hit us up on podcastbraindump.com or podcastbraindump@gmail.com.
