Today we are talking about our trip to Colorado and how Anthony won MTB Nationals! Non-championship division.... in his age group.... being the only one.... Also covered is Trestle bike park (awesome), Breckenridge downhill (family-friendly) and Breckenridge cross country trails (also awesome).

We talk to Heather Poskevich about the Ride Across the West (RAW) and her second place overall finish. It was a brutal year, but she pulled through and made it the full 930 miles!

We took a trip to Washington DC, rode our bikes out there and then packed them in boxes and flew home. We've had gravel events for three weekends in a row, so let's talk about that!

We talked to three IWAR finishers about how their race went. We've got Keith Morical (Beginning), Eli Shank (37 minutes) and Kae Takeshita (1 hr, 26 minutes). All of these riders finished the event and Kae was first place in the woman's division!

Today we talk to Rocky Vest about Break The Cycle 200 - a ride to raise funds, to support survivors, raise awareness, and fight human trafficking locally and wherever it exists. This event has been running for over 10 years now and has events in multiple states.

Today we talk to Cory Rood and Mike Ivancic about their Iowa Wind and Rock (IWAR) experiences. IWAR is a 340 miles race on south central Iowa. The finishers bike for around 30 hours and have to maintain a minimum speed of 10 mph to make the cut off times. WARNING - we do briefly touch on a homicide in our second interview.
