The First Battle
Memories are interesting, you can look at them a hundred different times in a hundred different ways based on your mood, age, and awareness. You can even bring in a fresh pair of eyes, to examine your memories with you, and discover another hundred different angles. Sharing my first school experience with you made me wonder a lot about how unnatural my childhood was from the perspective of relying on adults. For some reason beyond my understanding, I made a choice to NOT rely on adults or cry for help at the age of 6 Years old. It may be a sign of how highly independent I was back then but it also may be a sign of how uncertain or scared I was to share my humiliation and embarrassing moments with my parents or anyone for that matter. I do hope this episode allows you to observe any signs in yourself or others and encourages you to create a safe space for yourself or others to share and truly express what is going on inside. And if at any point you feel that you would like to reach out to me to support you through your journey, I would be honored. Please connect with me via email:firstname.lastname@example.org Sincerely, Adam C

Love Has No Conditions
Looking back at my childhood memories and experiencing the pain of rejection and feeling unwanted at such a vulnerable age, which had created limiting and untruthful beliefs about what love is and how love should be given and/or received in my life. Love is unconditional and will remain that way but to unlearn all that we had learned about love when we were children is easier said than done, but it absolutely achievable once you harness the power of forgiveness and true love. Please know you can reach out to learn how to harness your true power to live a healthier and more beautiful life.Until the next episode, I wish you all an amazing a love-filled day, ALWAYS!
