Learning how to manage stressful situations
The main topic this episode is understanding stress. The process begins with recognising what's happening to us when we experience stressful situations. Ian will talk through the main jigsaw pieces that make up the stress response - such as our perception, our emotions and the actual bodily responses that are kicking off in the body.
