AL Wild Card: 'Yankees control their fate | Will the real MVP stand up? | Tatis Machado feud
Welcome back to the BODEGA (baseball podcast).  The AL wild card race is like nothing we've ever seen before with the top 3 teams all coming from the AL East. We go over the different scenarios and what team we think will come out on top. The Blue Jays are the most solid, and the Red Sox have caught fire recently, winning 6 in row.  But in the end - the Yankees control their fate as they can sweep the Red sox and gain a wild card position.  The MVP award - is there any debate?  For some, it's clear that Shohei Ohtani is the MVP - but don't count out triple crown threat Vladimir Guerrero Jr just yet.  In the NL, the fans have crowned Tatis the MVP but Bryce Harper and Juan Soto have been the two best hitters in the second half. Is there trouble in San Diego?  Over the weekend, a video surfaced of Manny Machado and Fernando Tatis Jr arguing in the duggout.  Its no secret that the Padres have been struggling in the second half - they are all but eliminated for the playoffs.  Is there more trouble than meets the eye?
