Episode 119: Lance St. Laurent v. Arthur Chu
Lance St. Laurent (Jeopardy! champ) joins the show to demonstrate that the fraternity of Jeopardy! champions is not guaranteed, as he tells the story of being blocked by past J! champion and noted internet shitheel Arthur Chu. John and Lance also get a chance to formally squash their brief Twitter feud after John tweeted about Lance's run on Jeopardy!, and get into some of the finer details surrounding appearing on the show in general. Elsewhere, the Blocked Boys make their BIG ANNOUNCEMENT and also get into film, fictional dads, parking lots, WandaVision, horny letters, and Stefan and John relitigate the "is the Grim Reaper a monster?" debate.   One thing there's no debate about is the great bonus content over at patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you access to FOUR great bonus episodes every single month. This week, we will have the video from our live all-Cameo bonus episode with Nick Ciarelli and Bradford Evans, and we have a ton of great episodes from Sweeps Month right there for you as well, including our latest Trivia Party with our good pals, The Doughboys. You get access to our whole back catalogue with almost 100 bonus episodes with a donation today, so don't hesitate to catch up! Plus we have annual subscriptions, newsletters, and a bunch of other fun stuff for you to check out so head on over to Patreon and make a smart decision to start your month.   Lance St. Laurent is a former Jeopardy! champion and Ph.D. student who tweets about film and leftist politics over on his Twitter, which you can find at @LanceStLaurent.

Episode 118: Lance Storm v. Taz
It's the grand finale of BP Sweeps Month, and we couldn't have capped it off any better, as Lance Storm (former ECW, WCW, and WWF wrestler) joins the program to tell us why you'd have to block a fellow wrestler, and the consequences if you forget to unblock them. Elsewhere on the show, Lance gives us the skinny on how being a professional wrestler ends up ruining a lot of conventional entertainment, and we learn a lot about the process of reality television. Plus, we dive into the NHL's Lake Tahoe experience, the misadventures of the Newsmax network, crazy road stories, and we buy someone a wrestling lesson.   If you want a very cheap lesson in bonus episode podcasting, you can head on over to https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you access to FOUR bonus episodes every month. Last week, the BBs were joined by Graham and Dave from Stop Podcasting Yourself, and this week, it's the long-awaited Trivia Party with The Doughboys! And to cap off Sweeps Month, we're going to be joined by Nick Ciarelli and Bradford Evans for some Cameo madness this Sunday, February 28th at 8 pm EST/5 pm PST. It's all happening on our Patreon and you won't wanna miss it!   Lance Storm is a former wrestler who currently offers virtual wrestling training sessions at his website, StormWrestlingAcademy.com. He also appears on Corner Gas Animated and can be followed on Twitter at @LanceStorm.

Episode 117: Karen Kilgariff v. A Wraith
BP Sweeps Month continues as Karen Kilgariff (My Favorite Murder) joins the show to talk about getting a very strange follow that led to an immediate block, a follow so bad we won't even mention the person's name in this space. The rest of the episode is not bad at all, but in fact, very good, as the Blocked Boys talk with Karen about our online ordering habits through COVID, crazy dreams, the CIA Valentine's Day wish, Miley Cyrus, appetizers, and John finally gets called out by a Jeopardy! champ.   If you want to be sweet for more than just Valentine's Day, you can head on over to https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you access to FOUR bonus episodes every month. This month is Sweeps Month, where we have special DUO bonus episodes all month long. Last week, we had Racquel Belmonte and Carla Mah join us, and this week, we'll be joined by the nice boys from Stop Podcasting Yourself, Graham Clark and Dave Shumka. Plus, we've got Trivia Party with the Doughboys still ahead. It's gonna be a huge month and you won't wanna miss it!   Karen Kilgariff is a host of the podcast My Favorite Murder and wrote a book, "Stay Sexy & Don't Get Murdered", which is available now. She can be followed on Twitter at @KarenKilgariff.

Episode 116: Brent Butt v. Awful Twitter Usernames
BP Sweeps Month continues as we welcome Canadian hero and comedy legend Brent Butt (Corner Gas) on the show for a look inside his block list. We ask the question, "what's in a name?", as it seems that you can almost immediately tell why Brent would've blocked these people based on their Twitter names alone. We look at a couple and it's...not good. Elsewhere on the episode, the Blocked Boys talk cruise ship comedians, Howie Mandel, pinball machines, Super Mario World, and Brent tries to convince Stefan to return to Canucks fandom after Stefan announced he was going to become a Seattle Kraken fan this week.   One place you can always be a fan is over at https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where we only love and support our donors. We have many donation options available, including yearly subcriptions, a newsletter tier where you get 5 newsletters a month from us and some amazing guest freelancers, and our most popular tier, the $5/month tier, where we release FOUR bonus episodes every month, and you get them all. It's that easy. This month is a big one with it being BP Sweeps Month! We've got a super chaotic and special episode coming this week with two of the show's most beloved guests appearing at the same time, we've got Trivia Party with the Doughboys, and more! Don't hesitate and sign up now!   Brent Butt is a comedian and actor who wrote and stars in Corner Gas and Corner Gas Animated, which are both available on Amazon Prime. He can be followed on Twitter and Instagram at @BrentButt.

Episode 115: Julie Klausner v. Pauley Perrette
BP Sweeps Month is here!!! And we kick it off in a big way, as Julie Klausner (actor, author, Double Threat) joins the show to tell us about her one red carpet interview experience: at the Golden Collar Awards, where she runs into Pauley Perrette, the actor from NCIS who might also be an insane person. We dig into that story as well as Pauley's tweets, which are predictably quite wild. Elsewhere, Julie bestows the Blocked Boys with their first-ever nicknames, as Stefan tells us about his new foray into cryptocurrency and John tries to sell off his Funko Pops. We also get into life in Manhattan, the Jon Kay dog shampoo thing, failed investments, and Julie reveals her plan for moving to Canada had Trump won re-election.   If you want to feel closer to a couple Canadian guys, you can donate to the show at https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you access to FOUR bonus episodes every month and given it's BP Sweeps Month, we have some big things planned. Trivia Party with the Doughboys. A Cameo episode with a guest so special we can't reveal it. And much, much more. If you've been on the fence about joining the Patreon, there's never been a better time. Plus, we have newsletters, annual subscriptions, a great Discord server, and tons of fun stuff happening all the time, so head on over and get swept up in Sweeps Month.   Julie Klausner is an actor, author, and podcaster who is the co-host of the "Double Threat" podcast with Tom Scharpling, which can be found wherever you get your podcasts. She can be followed on Twitter and Instagram at @JulieKlausner.

Episode 114: Nick Nemeroff v. A BP Listener
Nick Nemeroff (comedian) makes his return to the show and in a moment of panic that he wouldn't have a great Block Tale, blocks a BP listener to have something to talk about on the show. It's much sweeter than it sounds, and Nick displays his general niceness throughout the show as we talk about Larry King's passing, cooking and eating meals, and John watches "The Girl Next Door" for the first time since 2004 and discovers it's a very perplexing movie. The Blocked Boys also find time to get into Mikey Miles, Amanda Palmer's viral tweet, and with Funko Pops in the rearview mirror, Stefan finds the new, 2021 way he's going to piss John off.    TW: This episode's top 3 about the Denver Broncos contains some mentions of criminal activity, including sexual assault. Very few details of the cases are provided, but if you'd like to avoid that section, it occurs from 1:05:30 to 1:22:30.   If you want to hear John get pissed off more, there's lots of that content and more over at https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you access to FOUR bonus episodes every month. This week, we are releasing a brand-new Hell Block, as Gavin Matts joins us to discuss Stefan getting blocked by Chris James, and the BP Live! with Street Fight is up as well. PLUS!!!! BP Sweeps Month is just ONE WEEK AWAY, as all February we are going to have huge guests, including the just-announced Trivia Party with The Doughboys. We have lots more surprises in-store, so stay tuned for what will be a big month!   Nick Nemeroff is a comedian whose album, "The Pursuit of Comedy Has Ruined My Life" is available now, wherever you get your albums. He can be followed on Twitter and Instagram at @NickNemeroff.

Episode 113: Darcy Michael v. TikTok
If you're into John getting bullied, this is the episode for you, as returning guest Darcy Michael (comedian, High School Sucked) and Stefan team up to bust John's chops for not owning a cat, never making it in hockey, and an old classic: forcing him to watch a Joey's World Tour video. We also learn about getting bullied on TikTok, as Darcy gets his account shut down by the homophobic Chinese company for a very innocuous video. Elsewhere, the Blocked Boys go in on Darcy's first appearance on the show 103 episodes ago, pets, saunas, housework, and corporate comedy roasts.   If you want to avoid getting roasted by your friends, do the thing all the cool kids are doing and donate to the show at https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you access to FOUR bonus episodes including TWO this week, as we do a Freaky Friday mailbag where John and Stefan switch bodies to answer questions and we post the on-demand video of our Dragon's Den live show this past Friday. PLUS!! We have Blocked Party Sweeps Month coming up in February, where we have some amazing bonus content planned you won't wanna miss!    Darcy Michael is a comedian and podcaster whose newest podcast project, "High School Sucked", is launching in February. You can follow him on Twitter/Instagram/TikTok for updates on that and everything else at @TheDarcyMichael.

Episode 112: Josh Gondelman v. Not Cap'n America
Josh Gondelman (writer, comedian) joins the podcast to tell us the story of a very confusing block that only gets more confusing as we learn that all 3 of the Blocked Boys are also blocked by the very same account. But that hardly matters on this very busy week in Twitter history, as Josh gives us all the details behind #Beangate, Stefan tries all of his new mustards, and we go in on all of the business surrounding the storming of the Capitol and the President's banning from Twitter. And the moment you've been waiting 112 episodes for happens, as we finally get into some Bar Rescue talk.   If you don't wanna wait that long for more episodes, head on over to https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you access to THREE bonus episodes and ONE live episode every month. This week, we've got a great bonus episode coming up, as we were made to watch a terrible Lifetime movie about porn addiction this week and we brought past guest and fave Libby Watson along for the ride. And our January live show is THIS FRIDAY, as we bring on the beautiful boys of Street Fight Radio to watch some Dragon's Den with us. Plus!!! We have yearly memberships available now including the exclusive $100 Club, where you can get all of our bonus content plus a free shirt. Check it all out!   Josh Gondelman is a writer on Desus & Mero and also has a collection of essays out called "Nice Try", available wherever fine books are sold. His podcast, "Make My Day", is a game show where the guest always wins and can be found wherever you get your podcasts. He can be followed on Twitter at @JoshGondelman.

Episode 111: Allie Pearse v. A Filmmaker Ex
It's a new year but it's the same us, as Allie Pearse (comedian, writer) joins us for a classic Block Tale, where after she breaks up with an ex, he blocks her on everything and then makes a short film where the main character strongly resembles her and it launches his career as a filmmaker and is seen by millions. A tale as old as time. The Blocked Boys have plenty of time for other tales too, as we get into the Instagram Explore tab, childhood snacks, getting duped by a fake post, and an attempt to discuss Bean Dad turns into a much lengthier conversation about can openers. Above all that, Allie turns in a Top 3 that makes Stefan noticeably uncomfortable for the first time in the show's history, a truly special moment.   If you'd like some more special moments, head on over to https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you access to FOUR bonus episodes every month. And this week, we're introducing Yearly Subscriptions, so you can get 12 months for the price of 10 and join the exclusive $100 Club, where you'll get all of our bonus content PLUS a free shirt. All the details are live now on our Patreon, so check it out. We also announced we've got a great live show this month, as Bryan and Brett from Street Fight Radio are going to join us for a show all about Dragon's Den, Canada's answer to Shark Tank. It's for donors only and you won't wanna miss it!   Allie Pearse is a comedian and writer who has performed across Canada and wrote on the hit Canadian show Letterkenny. You can follow her on Twitter at @allie_pearse and on Instagram at @alliepearsecomedy.

Episode 110: The 2021 Blocked Party Enemies List
In the second edition of this yearly tradition, John and Stefan eschew a guest in favour of a list of enemies to set the table for the turn of the calendar. 2020 was a year full of ups and (mostly) downs, and we try to predict who will continue into 2021 with our cups full of hatred for them. Before that, the Blocked Boys talk about their Christmases, Inglehoffer Mustard, charcuterie boards, and they give you a peek behind the curtain at how they prepare guests for the show. Plus, we review our 2020 Enemies List to see how the year played out for us vs. them, a sort of "year in retrospective", Blocked Party-style. And of course, we get into the 10 Official Enemies of the Blocked Party podcast for 2021. There's some choices that will make sense but also some that will surprise as we prepare for another year of the show.   If you like surprises, we have even more in store for you over at https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5 a month gets you access to FOUR bonus episodes every single month. This month was a doozy with a holiday mailbag featuring Santa, the return of Olivia Stadler for an all-Cameo bonus episode, and more! Plus, starting in January, we're going to be introducing yearly subscriptions, a fun way to save some money and support the BBs all year round. Stay tuned for more info on that very soon!   And finally, a sincere thank you to everyone who stuck with the podcast through a very weird and trying 2020. We know it's been a tough one but the show continued to grow and we felt your love and support all year. We love you all very much and in a lot of ways, it felt like we got through all of this together and it means just so much to us. Thanks for being with us and get excited for more great content in 2021!

Episode 109: Kofie Yeboah v. Common App
It's an educational episode this week, as Kofie Yeboah (Fumble Dimension, Chillin' with Kofie) lets us know exactly how NOT to apply for college, as he manages to get rejected by eight colleges at once through the American university service Common App. It's an episode that's rife with rejection, as Stefan rejects Cyberpunk 2077, John rejects his Peloton instructor, and we discuss the Australian comedian who rejected a DM slide from a guy who was really into Australia's Funniest Home Videos. The Blocked Boys also manage to find time to discuss UPN's primetime lineup, prison breaks, smoke alarms, and Christmas songs.   If you want some more joy this Christmas, you can donate to the show at https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you access to FOUR bonus episodes every month. This week is a big one, as we'll have the video from last Friday's live show where we watched the Season One finale of Whistler with Caroline Goldfarb, and a holiday mailbag with a very special guest: Santa Claus himself! Plus you'll get the entire back catalogue of bonus episodes so if you're missing your loved ones this holiday season, you can hang out with the BBs instead. We are not an adequate replacement, but hey, we can try! Plus we've got newsletters, a fantastic Discord, and more. So check it out: it makes a lovely holiday treat.   Kofie Yeboah is the co-host of Fumble Dimension on Secret Base, an SB Nation Community and YouTube channel. He also hosts a Twitch stream called "Chillin' With Kofie" that can be found at https://twitch.tv/chillkofie, and he'll be releasing a podcast by the same name in 2021. He can be found on Twitter at @Kofie.

Episode 108: James Austin Johnson v. A Former Partner
James Austin Johnson (comedian) joins the show by telling us before we start recording that "he doesn't have a very exciting Block Tale" and then it turns out to be one of the most personal and messy Block Tales in show history, as him and a former comedy writing partner turn on each other and lawyers get involved. It's high drama on an episode full of it, as the Blocked Boys get into windshield decals, regional dialect, quarantine weight, getting divorced, Bobby Flay, "cannibal sandwiches", and John introduces a new character to the Blocked Party Twitterverse. And to top it all off, we're joined by a very special call-in guest, who has a lot of...thoughts on things. It's our longest episode ever, and worth every minute.   If you want to listen to even more minutes that are worth it, you can head over to https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you FOUR bonus episodes every month, including this week's bonus, another edition of our all-Cameo bonus episodes, Word Up, featuring past guest Olivia Stadler. We get one of our craziest Cameos ever that's worth the price of admission alone. PLUS we have a great LIVE show coming up this Saturday, December 19th, as Caroline Goldfarb will be joining us for the Season 1 Finale of Whistler, Canada's primetime soap opera. A donation at any level gets you admission to the show, so join us, won't you?   James Austin Johnson is a comedian who calls Los Angeles home and can be heard on the What Things Are What Things podcast. You can also follow him and find all his Trump impressions on Twitter and Instagram at @ShrimpJAJ.

Episode 107: Claire McNear v. MC Hammer
Claire McNear (author, The Ringer) joins us for a lesson in rookie journalism, as she gets blocked by MC Hammer for some, shall we say, unprofessional practices. Block: Hammer Time! Given Claire's new book is about Jeopardy!, the Blocked Boys take the opportunity to talk all things Jeopardy! with her, including John's Jeopardy! tweets, the show's audition process, the terrible anecdotes, and Celebrity Jeopardy!. And of course, the BBs still find time to talk their usual BS, as they get into the monoliths, #StoptheSteal, Pokémon, the apocalypse, and John tells the story about his tough day in a ninth-grade classroom this week.    If you want to forget about your tough days, you can head on over to https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you all the BP business you can handle! This week, we have the next Cullen the Herd out, as John talks about getting blocked from his own MMA group chat, and we just announced a fantastic live show coming up to celebrate the season, as Caroline Goldfarb will be joining us to watch the Whistler Season 1 finale on December 19th. Your donation also gets you access to our Discord, our entire back catalogue of episodes, and we have five newsletters we publish every month for a little extra dough. It's all there and it's all wonderful, so check it out!   Claire McNear is a staff writer for The Ringer and her book, "Answers in the Form of Questions: A Definitive History and Insider's Guide to Jeopardy!", is available wherever you get your books. She can be followed on Twitter at @ClaireMcNear.

Episode 106: Demi Adejuyigbe v. The CW
Demi Adejuyigbe (comedian, writer) gives us a double dose of blocks: one that makes a great deal of sense, and his feature block, The CW, which really doesn't. We help him try to get to the bottom of this baffling block as he gets blocked by an entire network that he has never interacted with once on Twitter. The rest of the episode is a bit less baffling, as the Blocked Boys go through some wild sects of the internet this week, as John attempts to buy crazytown.com and learns a whole lot about domains, a wholesome conversation about My Octopus Teacher turns into a lot of information about a lady who fell in love with a dolphin, Demi tells us about his gas station election celebration, and we figure out the true story behind how Harry Houdini died. Plus, John and Becca get a wonderful treat to celebrate their engagement from the Discord.   If you want to be a part of that marvellous Discord, you can donate to the show at https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you Discord access PLUS three bonus episodes AND one live episode every single month. It's one of the best deals in podcasting. This month was huge as we wrapped up our epic BPD&D series with Jamie Loftus and Branson Reese and brought back our vaunted Trivia Party with Quizmaster Meg Walls and our good pals Chris James and Christine Bortolin. It's all there, and it's all $5! Check it out.   Demi Adejuyigbe is a comedian and writer who has written for The Good Place and The Late Late Show and is currently writing for The Amber Ruffin Show. He can be heard on the podcast mentioned in this episode, Gilmore Guys, which ran from 2014-2017. You can follow him on Twitter at @electrolemon.

Episode 105: Gina Harms v. A Comedian
Gina Harms (comedian, Dear Pop Culture) joins the show for some more local comedy scene drama, as we get the scoop on open mic "hierarchy" and the entitlement of room-runners in a baffling and childish Block Tale. It's also a big episode this week for the Blocked Boys, as Stefan finally creates an Instagram account for his cat and John finally gives everyone what they want and proposes to Becca. Amidst stories of engagement, both in the very real, betrothed sense, and in the fake, online sense, we talk about proposing at ballparks, chaos meals, Princess Diana nostalgia, Stefan's mustache, and the Blocked Boys receive one of the weirdest pitches of all-time.   If you want to receive more weirdness, you can head on over to https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you access to THREE bonus episodes and ONE live episode every single month. This past week, we put out the third instalment of our beloved Trivia Party series with Chris James and Christine Bortolin, and this week ahead, you get the epic conclusion of our D&D adventure with Jamie Loftus and Branson Reese, a tale for the ages. Your donation also gets you access to our entire bonus episode back catalogue, an invitation to our very nice and cool Discord server, and our undying love. We've got plenty of new, fun stuff all the time, so be sure to check it out.   Gina Harms is a comedian from Vancouver, BC and she just launched a podcast about nostalgia and pop culture called Dear Pop Culture, which you can find on Instagram at @DearestPopCulture and wherever you get your podcasts. You can follow her on Twitter at @GinaHarms.

Episode 104: Arian Foster v. Jerry Rice
Arian Foster (former NFL All-Pro running back, current Twitch/YouTube streamer and hip-hop artist) joins the show to let us know what can happen when you criticize an NFL legend on Twitter, even if you're an NFL All-Pro yourself. The episode discussion gets serious for a minute when we get into Arian's post-NFL career, as we chat about sitting down and talking to people you fundamentally disagree with, how giving pep talks changes with age, and the weirdness of being a philosophy major in the NFL. But as usual, the Blocked Boys also find time to mess around as we talk Valorant, e-Sports, Tito Ortiz, the Voter Fraud Hotline, fantasy football, Toy Story, and Arian's new life as a Dungeons & Dragons player.   If you need some more pep talks from the Blocked Boys, you can go to https://patreon.com/blockedparty and donate to the show. $5/month gets you access to THREE bonus episodes and ONE live show every single month. This week, we'll be dropping Trivia Party 3 with two excellent guests and we just released a fantastic mailbag with fan favourite Grace Spelman. And speaking of Dungeons & Dragons, the exciting conclusion of our D&D series with Jamie Loftus and Branson Reese comes this month, as we see if we can manage to recover the sneakers in time to save Eddie Fastlane's life. It's all there, plus our entire back catalogue, newsletters, and a wonderful Discord, so check it out!   Arian Foster raps under the name Bobby Feeno and his latest, "A Late February", is available everywhere you get your music. He can be found on Twitch at https://twitch.tv/bobbyfeeno and on YouTube at https://youtube.com/bobbyfeeno. He's also on Twitter at @ArianFoster.

Episode 103: Brendan James v. Steven Crowder
Brendan James (Blowback podcast) joins the show for another pile-on for conservative "comedian" and all-around numbskull Steven Crowder. This Block Tale goes deep into the early origins of Crowder's success and Brendan teaches us that sometimes, dunking on a conservative can have some unfortunate consequences. The rest of the episode is not unfortunate at all, as the Blocked Boys go in on quarantine hairstyles, video games, the Voter Fraud hotline, the whole Four Seasons thing, our favorite memories of Alex Trebek, and Becca buys John a birthday Cameo.   If you want to give yourself (and us) a present, you can donate to the show at https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you access to three bonus episodes, one live episode, and our Discord. And that's not total, that's every month! An unbelievable deal that you won't want to miss, especially this month where we have a fantastic listener mailbag episode with Grace Spelman coming up this week, the conclusion to our excellent D&D series, and the return of TRIVIA PARTY with some very special guests. Plus you get access to our entire back catalogue of bonus episodes that totals over 50 and you can forget about the world for a minute, or thousands.   Brendan James is the co-host and producer of the Blowback podcast, a look back at the United States' relationship with Iraq, which just wrapped up its first season and is available wherever you get your pods. He can be followed on Twitter at @deep_beige.

Episode 102: Carla Mah v. Men on the Internet
Carla Mah (improviser) joins us to talk about the unique and strange experience of being an Asian woman online, and how it leads to many blocks, almost all for the same reason. It's a spooky episode as we recorded mere hours from Halloween and we get into the once-in-73 years full moon on Halloween, and the rare "blue moon" phenomenon as well. The BBs are clearly affected by this blue moon, as John and Stefan get particularly feisty a few times this episode as we argue about fistfight strategies, movies, and Halloween candy. We also find time to go in on cheese fountains, Tyra Banks, Kim Kardashian, and Stefan gets John a birthday present.   If you want to give yourself a present, you can donate to the show at https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you access to THREE bonus episodes every single month. We just posted the third episode of Blocked Party D&D, where Jamie Loftus and Branson Reese join us on a wild adventure, and it gets hairy this month as we finally get into some combat. We also did a fun look back at our first 100 episodes of the show, and drank the dreaded Canada Juice. Plus, you'll get our whole back catalogue, access to our Discord, AND access to our live shows. So don't hesitate to get in on this sweet action!   Carla Mah is an improviser and streamer from Vancouver, BC. She can be found on Twitter and Instagram at @Carmahdee and on Twitch at https://twitch.tv/carmahdee.

Episode 101: Mack Gordon v. Blues Traveler
It took 101 episodes, but Mack Gordon (actor) helps us get to one of the most notorious name-searchers on all of the Twitter [dot] com (who will absolutely block us once he finds this episode title), John Popper of Blues Traveler. He's such an easy block to catch that we have multiple Listener Blocks this week too! It's a 3-for-1! And it's all downhill from here as we contemplate life after episode 100 and it leads to a lot of memories of childhood food, as Mack reveals the weird foods he ate as a kid amidst tales of local haunts we loved and the "pey wet" viral video. Finally, the Blocked Boys also find some time to get into the death of Quibi, Stefan gets a new phone and some new soccer jerseys, and John leans into a week of Miley Cyrus takes.   If you want some new stuff too, you can head on over to https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where we are going wild for bonus content this month that you can't get anywhere else. Last week, we posted our BPTV: CanCon episode with Jesse and Mike and followed that up with the video of John and Stefan drinking the nasty Canada Juice. This week, it's a special clips episode where the Blocked Boys remember the finer moments of the first 100 episodes with a ton of new commentary from the boys themselves, and you'll enjoy episode 3 of BPD&D with Branson Reese and Jamie Loftus. You won't want to miss any of it!   Mack Gordon is an actor who splits his time between Chicago and Vancouver, and his company, Theatre in the Dark, is currently performing a radio play based on H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds. Tickets can be purchased at https://www.theatreinthedark.com. Mack can be followed on Twitter at @MackGord.

Episode 100: A Celebration!
We made it! We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate a century of Blocked Party episodes than by bringing a bunch of our favourite people on to PARTY (get it?) with us, and boy did we get spoiled! First things first, the Blocked Boys get absolutely jacked on the sugar-intense Canada Juice and we feel the rush with Cait Raft (comedian, Hot and Rich) as we talk about Stefan's new VR game idea and shitting his pants. Then, we're joined by Chris Locke (comedian, Happy Good) for an absolutely wild update on his life, as we learn that he was involved in a pretty crazy incident as a child that's affected him in a very surprising and positive way.  From there, it's Adam Christie (comedian) time, as we dig into our social media updates and learn how two girls' opinions on fruit snacks have converted Adam to Christianity, and John finally gets a dunk in on Stefan. And you know that we couldn't do a Block Tale without one of Twitter's finest pests, with Chris James joining us to give us the full story on how he's been blocked by Seb Gorka two different times and to give us a positive update, an "Anti-Block Tale", if you will, with Ken Marino. And it's Episode 100, so we couldn't just leave you with a single top 3, no, we brought in two guests for two very different Top 3s. First, we're joined by Racquel Belmonte (improviser, Dragon Prince) for another of our horniest top 3s ever, and then Becca joins us to close things out with a very on-brand top 3 for the Blocked Boys, a way of reminiscing that only we could be capable of. And make sure to stay all the way to the end of the episode for a special surprise.   If you want even more special surprises, why not donate to the show in honour of 100 episodes over at https://patreon.com/blockedparty, where $5/month gets you access to THREE bonus episodes every month. We've been a bit late on bonus content this month, so we are releasing FOUR episodes in the next two weeks, including the making and drinking of the aforementioned Canada Juice, CanCon Live! with Jesse and Mike from YKS, our third instalment of BPD&D with Branson Reese and Jamie Loftus, AND John and Stefan are going to relive some of the show's best moments in an episode we're calling "100 Episodes, 100 Memories". We probably won't remember 100 things, because we're dumb. But anyway, support the show! We love you.   Follow our guests on Twitter!: Cait Raft: @caitraft Chris Locke: @chrislockeworld Adam Christie: @adamchristie87 Chris James: @theCJS Racquel Belmonte: @raqattack5 Becca: @BeckTheGirl
