Stefan Katanic is an entrepreneur, leader and one of the Founders of Traden Group. Stefan was first got introduced into trading from an early background in the stock market. He started with a stock broker called Quest Trade but was losing more money than he was gaining. There after he got involved in binary options and was rocking and rolling with his 2 minute strategy. From there he diverged from the off-shore binary options world and now trades just Forex.He starts off his trading day by meditating, drinking coffee and focusing on his breathing. ​Perry Kaufman is well-known as the author of Trading Systems and Methods, but spent his career as an architect of trading systems used by institutions and funds. He has a background in Aerospace as one of the engineers in the Gemini navigation system before the Apollo. From there he began a computer company in 1971 until he got a client that was interested in trading options. After working with this client, he was sold into the trading world! Perry starts off his trading day by downloading his end of day data the day before and he creates an order sheet representing a portfolio of diversified systems. He uses this in preparation to set his orders on market open. Perry prefers diversifying his portfolio among different assetsrather than picking one asset to focus on. His favorite indicator to use (If he had to chose one) is the raw stochastic indicator. It fits his love of trendfollowing systems because it allows him to follow momentum. His worst day of trading was one probably similar to most of ours; It was a day where he took positions in the same direction and they all went against him. He manages his drawdowns by using a concept called volatility stabilization.  He uses volatility stabilization by monitoring the volatility of his returns over 21 days. He wants his volatility to be at a certain percent (ex. 12% risk) If his volatility of returns becomes higher than his stabilization number (ex. 16% risk) he reduces his position sizes evenly across his portfolio until his risk profile is stable. Cam Hawkins is the founder and host of the 52 traders podcast! Cam got introduced into the market on a golf course after hearing a story of someone who previously left his job to trade in the futures market. He spends his morning optimizing and testing his automated trading strategies. Cam was ambitious to start the 52 traders podcast to find profitable traders; traders who were legitimately making money in the market every single day. A recap of the AMAZING year we've had so far. It's been a blessing to be on this trading journey with you guys. Through a series of unfortunate events I stumbled into trading, and had no idea I'd be skin deep into it. My vision for Binaryology remains to make it a social network for inspirational speakers and traders to share ideas and spread positivity- a TedX for traders if you will.In this podcast I also share an experience I had playing monopoly with my cousins during Thanksgiving. It's great that people just "pass go and collect $200". But if you're listening to this podcast, you are beyond that. You are a rare breed that has been handed the opportunity to acquire wealth. It's okay to build wealth, it's okay to build your own monopoly.Don't get caught up on the theory of how you're going to do it, just act. Greg Pajarillo is a retail manger for one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the U.S turned trader. He first got into trading from an email on bot trading. Tim Lang was an army and national guard veteran currently residing in Augusta, Georgia. He loves to fish, has 2 kids and is currently building an empire via Team Trade Team Elite. He got introduced to trading by one of his friends that used to fish. His friend used to day trade stocks; and not everyone has the money to day trade stocks. So Tim did his research and discovered Binary Options. Tim starts his day by analyzing the overall trend for the day. He begins at the daily chart, then the 4 hour chart all the way down to the smaller timeframe to see what positions he can take during the day.Tim swing trades mainly the forex currency market on Nadex. Sasha Moore has a background as an owner of a salon/spa and educator that specializes in medical hair loss. After losing her sister to breast cancer, she returned to school to pursue her Master’s Degree, which she will complete in December of 2015. Venkat always believed in having a secondary income, so since 2011 he's been involved in trading the market. Venkat Jayaraman first started his binary options career via offshore brokers in Boss Capital and Cherry Trade  before moving into Nadex. If you haven't listened to the first take titled "The 4 Hour Trader" I suggest you do because it's an excellent prelude to this next bit.If Angel had one advice for new traders, he'd say believe in yourself. Because you are worthy of it, but understand it's going to take time.Most of Angels breakthroughs in trading came in times when he was down, when he disassociated himself from the charts and reflected on the way he was trading.His worst trade was when compounded a $50 account to $400.and he was using heiken ashi and a combination of other indicators to confirm his bias, but the trade reversed on him and margin called his account.If you take a massive enough action, failure is a part of the process. The faster you fail, the faster you will learn and achieve your goals.  Fail through demo, go through the psychological effects, fail through a live account and reflect on your actions after.Having big dreams in trading is possible. You just have to be tenacious. The only way you can get into that state of mind is to keep laser focused on what you want up to a point where nothing else in the world exists.

Volume explains how the big players are interacting in the market. While price action gives you the real time data and has behaviors of its own.Khari's worst day of trading came in his early days of trading when he had extreme risk management. Christopher Wall is the founder of the facebook group "Nadex Ninjas and Pirates". Beyond the charts Chris is a spiritual family guy that loves Brazilian Jujitsu.   He enjoys sharing resources and interacting with others in the trading community. A friend of his at work actually introduced him the binary options world, so he did his own research and discovered Nadex because they were regulated. Ryan Herron has extremely humble beginnings as he shares his early days as a trader. Don't let the southern accent fool you here, Ryan is definitely a force to be reckon' with when it comes to the market.He first got involved in trading on Nadex after losing his rear off in the forex market. The Donchian channel is based on price movement. It looks over the past "X" amount of bars and determines the trend in the market. His worst day of trading happened October 2008. He called his girlfriend and told her he found the holy grail. So he bought the EUR/USD, he averaged down, and lost the entire account.
