130: This Is What I Do with Jennifer St. Peter
Jennifer is 34 years old and a black belt in Krav Maga. She began competing in 2017. She received her pro card winning the overall at Jr. Nationals in 2019. What started off as getting into good shape led to her wanting to do a bikini competition. She quickly fell in love with the sport, Joined a team and took it to the next level.
In this episode, Jen shares the benefits she has gained working with a team and how Team Boss Bodies has changed her life. She also shares with us judges critiques and how she plans to work on them in her improvement season.
Her love for her husband is clear in her voice as she shares how they do life together. He is also a competitor, so they work together as a team to have successful preps and shows. Date night ideas?? Jen shares them all.
