120: Making Her Dreams A Reality Through Quarantine with Ashlyn Brown
Ashlyn Brown is originally from Texas and currently lives in Arizona with her husband. She is 28 years old and is a coach with FitBody Fusion. She has been competing since 2015 and received her procard in 2018 in Miami Nationals. After taking a year off, she began her pro season in August of 2019.
Her husband played a huge role in Ashlyn’s start to competing. He taught her a lot about the sport, nutrition, and training. In this episode Ashlyn shares what she learned from him and gives great information on how she trains in the gym to get effective results. She shares with us her top pro secrets to keeping a tight core and building muscle.
