Q1. We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success? I wake up and I listen to my body and allow that to create my morning routine and be flexible. To give myself what I really need, physically, energetically, and emotionally.
Q2. What's your definition of Success? The fulfillment of my purpose while being aligned with my true self.
Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? The acknowledgment and appreciation of what is right in front of you.
Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? I would tell myself; you can heal your emotional eating and you will.
Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today? It boils down to our energy and our energy management. Where is our energy going and where does it need to go.
