Dr. Gabrielle Fundaro: Improving Relationship With Food Through Comprehensive Coaching

Dr. Gabrielle Fundaro, CISSN, CHC, combines her knowledge of nutrition and motivational interviewing techniques to facilitate behavior change in clients pursuing healthy lifestyles and performance goals. Dr. Fundaro is a former Assistant Professor of Exercise Science at Georgia Gwinnett College and holds a Ph.D. in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech as well as a BS in Exercise, Sport, and Health Education from Radford University. As an ACE-certified Health Coach with both Monash Low-FODMAP and ISSN Sport Nutritionist certifications, Dr. Fundaro provides client-centered telehealth services through her personal coaching and consulting business, Vitamin Ph.D. Nutrition, as well as 1-on-1 e-mail coaching through Renaissance Periodization. She believes in the importance of flexible dietary approaches in addition to regular, enjoyable physical activity, and cognitive exercises as part of a sustainable lifestyle free from the chronic dieting mindset.
