Turning the Worst Day of My Life Into a Blessing
Are you grieving? While the pain of loss never truly goes away, we owe it to ourselves to begin healing and embrace our own life.  In this solo episode, I am talking about the difficult emotions that come up every year on February 9th, or as I refer to it, “D-Day.” 11 years ago on February 9th, the love of my life passed away unexpectedly. Every year since then, this day has brought a mixed bag of emotions and it has taken a lot of self work to get to the mindset I am in today. Throughout this episode, I talk about my healing process over the past 11 years, how I have changed my perspective on life, and what not to say to those that are grieving.
