Open inquiry to the exploitation of vulnerable adults in the charity sector
1000’s of vulnerable adults volunteer each year for charities. Thousands of pounds gets pumped into the sector for peer to peer support, have vulnerable adults support their peers. The charities only cover travel and food provision for that day, when really they should be offering better basic needs support, which would help with the well being of the vulnerable adult. I ask central and local government to look at this problem.

Deepak day 2 meditation
Day 2 It is fabulous to see everyone from all round the world connecting and joining in. Well done everyone for committing to this 21 day daily practice. To maintain the energy and flow if you find it to challenging, please remove yourself, no judgement ... you do have 24 to 36 hrs for each day. If / when you find a task difficult, its because of a block an obstacle in your mind on the path towards attaining abubdance Be aware of this and STICK with it... meditation helps and you can also just be with the feeling breathing into it and not going into the story of it. Task day 2 Write all your debts in your notebook. Debt in your bank accounts, credit cards, loans, to individuals, .... all your debts of any kind. There is No need to record the amount only to whom and for what. After that make a list of all your monthly payments. Again no numbers just the items. For example renting an apartment or mortgage, electricity, water, gas, municipal tax, gym petrol etc. Everything you pay on a monthly basis should be recorded, i.e all monthly expenses constant and changing. This can be added to as you remember things. Write this phrase in your notebook ... you can always come back to these and repeat at anytime 💛 I create my personal abundance from an infinite source 💛 You can also say it during the meditation or in front of a mirror. Mantra Aham Bramasmi What does abundance mean to you ...... write the answer in your book. Allow your connection to Abundance to fill you. Day 1 21 days of meditation abundance
Day 0 RULES OF THE GROUP A good idea is to have a book or journal to dedicate solely to this practice The Meditation is for 21 days starting Monday 13th Jan. After I've sent you the daily task you will have 24 to 36 hours to complete it... as we are in different time zones .. I will send out the night before so that you have the time to complete it If a task requires writing use pen and paper... not a computer.. Before starting the task come to a calm state, slow deep breathing ... you can complete the task after the Deepak Chopras meditations. Please send messages and questions in private No need to leave comments in group as there are so many of us and it will be hard to follow. Be fully focused on your daily task, allocate time and space. If you can not participate or keep the rhythm of the program please remove yourself from the group. It's important for us to maintain the flow so that the energy input into this process does not dissipate.
