Episode 87: Talkin' #PickleBeer with Primanti Bros and East End Brewing
Hey yinz, #PickleBeer is back and this week we got to be one of the first folks to try it! For those who don't know, each year before Pittsburgh's Pickleburgh festival, East End Brewing and Primanti Brothers teams up to bring you their Almost Famous Pickle Beer, a lemon peppercorn cucumber gose ale (meant to tast like, you guessed it... pickles!) This week, we sat down with Jim from Primanti's and Scott from East End to talk a little about the beer while putting away a cans from this year and last year.  Tune in to learn about how this year's version is a little different from last year's. Side note:  Everyone was late for this recording except Scott and I, so we hit the Drunken Portion of This Podcast Very Early (beer passes time *shrugs*).  Also, because of this, we take a pretty hilarious bathroom break a little over halfway through.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
