Welcome back to another episode of Behind Closed Doors. A podcast geared towards bringing conversations about life to the forefront. In this episode, we talk about the art of the pivot or the art of change, and what it feels like to change the direction of our lives. This episode came about due to my own personal endeavors and wanted to create a space where we can dive into and understand more about those "unwanted" feelings that arise during a process of change. In a world that consistently tells us who we are, what we should be doing, and how we should be doing it, it makes it easy to see where a lot of our anxieties and doubts stem from. In my case, there have been several moments where I would allow comparisons to rule me and force me to think what I am doing is not good enough. That isn't the case. What we are doing right now is the best that we can possibly do as twenty sums. This is the period where we fuck up, learn and move on, this is the period of life where we fall intentionally and fall forward because what's on the other side of the fall will always be a lesson.  In this episode Eva and I talk about all things "Self": Knowing, Finding, Living.
