Scottish Covenant Historical Outline
This episode gives a brief narrated summary of Scottish 'Covenant History' in the 17th century as written by S.M. Houghton taken from the closing pages of Fair Sunshine by Jock Purves. This is a foundational episode as prelude to highlighting character studies of several individual Scottish Covenanters. Error Note: At 5:30, I mistakenly refer to Mary of Scots as 'Bloody Mary' who was actually Mary I, Queen of England. She was the daughter of Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon. Mary, Queen of Scots was the Queen of Scotland. Both ladies were descended from Henry VII and Elizabeth of York - Mary I via their second son, Henry and Mary, Queen of Scots via their daughter Margaret.

#10-The Estate of Marriage-Martin Luther-Part3
This is primarily a narration of the third part of a publication by the great Reformer, Martin Luther, titled "The Estate of Marriage" dated 1522. There will be some mild commentary scattered throughout, but it's mostly a reading for practical and historical benefit. This 500 year old material certainly gives some much needed clarity on the subject of marriage in this present muddied grey age we now navigate.

#02-Thanksgiving
Here's some edification on giving thanks according to what the Bible says. Several weeks after the observance we use for Thanksgiving is often a good time to be reminded in light of the activities of the coming Christmas and New Year holidays.

#01-The Real Saint Patrick
Did you know that Ireland was THE Christian missionary headquarters for almost 700 years slowing the onset of the Dark Ages in Europe by salting the continent with able ministers of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ? Ireland was THE spearhead nation God used to oppose Popish Romanism as it's cancer slowly gripped Europe in a spiritual stranglehold. Irish missionaries were the heralds of spiritual liberty! It all started when one man obeyed God and became a pioneer missionary in a pagan land where he had once been a slave.
