Brenda knows how hard it is to break the shackles of dysfunction.  As a teen mom and a wife to a man who physically abused and mentally tormented her, Brenda shares how she had to commit to freeing herself from the weight of such trauma.  She knows what it’s like to wake up each day feeling as if your inner self-does not match your outer self.   She is fully aware to the burden of self-sabotage , emotionalism and very much out of alignment with your true self. We are all students in this games of Life and Brenda has learned some things along the way.  She is less attached to the should’s and have to’s that once held her back.  She consistently course corrects in order to flow in the direction of her soul happy self.  Brenda is here to share some of her gems on the Becoming Love Project this time around.
