A Reunion Into How We Feel (Sunday Growth Series Ep.4) ( Visit Joseph Smarro's Ted Talk- https://youtu.be/zjqKzNJef28 )
As we open up to who we are, we live the journey back into our intuitive, clarified, and most active presence of being. As we do this we are cultivating how we treat any thoughts which come to us, any experience which arises, and for a lot of sensitive souls reconnecting and remembering how we feel is the most expansive awakening within us. As we grow back into ourselves and our innate loving, soft, inclusive, nurturing and guiding feeling... we are asked to surrender and rehabilitate any inner feeling which feels less for anything. In my experience so many sensitive beings need to "recharge" or "seek solitude" because they are overcome by feeling less. As in we are such deeply conscious intuitive beings we know we are here to feel for everything and bring our healing, nurturing, wonderful feeling to all life. As we see to affirm and live from our own vision we aren't devastated (aka repressed/shutdown) energetically.
As we open up to who we are we are asked to not just feel what we feel, but feel for what we may feel naturally pickup in our energetic field of embodiment. We are asked to rehabilitate what we have felt of the world which feels less than how we actually feel. Through this return home, and very likely for sensitive attuning beings, if we have spent a lot of time around people who "feel less about themselves" we may encounter that we have taken that feeling from another without our more frequent relationship; united in and through our more cultivated presence of healing-guiding source.
This often leads our subconscious into the confused inner structuring of "how to feel". We may have confused what we have felt as how to feel and find ourselves actually feeling for less than who we are. Thus subtly or not so subtly, "gaining" an over whelming sense from time to time, we are less or far from who we are. Or "cannot" be who we are and say what's really in our heart.
As we see uniting with how we actually feel is most likely an essential development of awakening, we can find growing from and out of the "feelings" we have carried can be a process for the mind and body. We can find much of what we have felt from the world and the people representing it in our lifetime, can leave us with (lead us to)a sense of feeling that actually subconsciously discourages who we are from living more intuitive and bringing forth the deeper resonance of our soul. And we may find what we feel needs to be addressed as much as any thoughts we have carried for generations before us, as they arise.
The Good News is...if we look with soulful eyes we see we simply "pickup on" a way to feel less. A suppressed sense of feeling humanity has done its best to make it's own. But is not something that is or was ever going to last. From here, it's not something we have to carry, as we see how to address and nurture the conditions we may have "loved" ourselves into. Can we feel the sense of this? Part of opening to ourselves is finding an excited expressive interactive sense of self ready to be displayed. It could be a way with words such as this which may not be "considered the norm" but resonates as normal in confident clarity. We could have a nurturing way of being altogether in ourselves arise in situations where it clearly appears lacking... and still feel "we're not ready" and allow our greater sense for feeling to be overridden, picking up generations of feeling less. What this implies is we are to grow through those "feelings" and see them for what they are. Temporary. And submissive to our greater more pronounced sense of feeling.
In this depth of growth, we don't need years figuring out why we feel the way we do. Why, or is there is something wrong, with how we are feeling. Since all that has just been explained by the soul. In this episode I walk everyone through a clearing field of consciousness that zeros out our feeling and guides our subconscious into how we all feel.
