Have always embraced de-clutter but this is so much more - it is also for your mind and soul AND friendly for your pocketbook. 3 weeks into my “chill out” phase - and so far so good. I am taking the advice and recommendations to heart. Doing less, changing up exercise, lots of vitamins, and keeping strong with Longevity Diet and Circadian Rhythm. Taking my car in for what ended up being 3 weeks opened up biking to work which has been awesome. Look forward to sharing this journey. #nogoals #chillout #adrenalfatigue #mindbodysoul

Stress Reset – so this topic covers mind body and soul! Okay so Kristy needs to make a few changes; with adrenal fatigue (long term consistent stress not sure how long -but years) her focus will move to “chilling out” vs. setting goals to achieve; this will be a big challenge and change of lifestyle; one options was Thailand for 6 months; alas she will opt for taking changes to day to day like yoga vs. hard core workouts; less travel; hanging out vs. doing errands; she plans to shift her weekly updates to covering this topic that many people are challenged with. More to come on this journey and new path!

Be Healthy Now Episode # 58
Back in California happy to be home had a stressful week which was a moment to reflect on life in general and how everything is interconnected (mind-body-soul). Not sure if I have turned into a Northern Californian but I seem to have a new hummingbird buddy who keeps visiting me on my front stoop - kinda amazing. Been sticking 100% to Circadian Rhythm fasting and mostly Longevity Diet; except for the slice of pizza on Friday - hey I’m just human :)

Be Healthy Now Podcast Episode #52
In this podcast I finally get back to business after my move, I get deep into the book by the amazing Satchin Panda called The Circadian Code, which delves into how time restricted eating can decrease inflammation, help you lose weight and feel better. I wanted to read this book after hearing about his study where 2 groups of mice ate the same food (like the Standard American Diet) but the one that kept their eating in a shorter period of time reaped tons of benefits by simple changing the times that they ate. Very cool research indeed! I also talk about Marie Kondo and the Konmarie Method of decluttering that has helped me get through two downsizing moves in 1 year. Let's be healthy now!
