For Episode 7, The Bamboozled team are on home turf as we tackle Japan's national drink 'Nihonshu' (better known as sake).  In the studio we take a look at the history of sake, its production methods, and try and get our heads around rice polishing rates before finally taking the podcast into the field to sample a variety of boozies at our favorite Nihonshu bar.

Episode 6 sees us joined by extra special guest Mr. Mark Birtles as we sneak around the silent corridors of a Carthusian monastry and get to grips with the delicious Chartreuse and the importance of its vivid tones.

The Bamboozled team are feeling all festive for episode 5 as they turn their attention to eggnog.  Jimmy and Simon look into the history of this winter classic as well as discussing the infamous eggnog riots of 1826 and rabies.  Merry X'mas.
