079: Not Done Yet! With Charlotte Kaufman

Working as an executive coach Bonnie Marcus began researching gendered ageism after one of her clients experienced changes in her workplace that set her career at a disadvantage.  Motivated by her research and discovery of consistent practices of gendered ageism in the workplace Bonnie focused on building awareness around the issue by helping give women a voice and the tools to be able to deal with this growing practice.  With the purpose of bringing awareness of gendered ageism as well as encouraging and empowering women of any age to do what it takes to stay at the top of their game, step into their badass courage and be who they are, Bonnie wrote Not Done Yet! How Women Over 50 Regain their Confidence and Claim Workplace Power.  As an executive coach, speaker, author and host of the Badass Women at Any Age podcast,  Bonnie is passionate about helping women understand their  talent, their ambition, owning who they are and empowering them to step up and own their authentic selves, not only in the workplace, but in the world.     Charlotte Kaufman is the founder of Women Who Sail, the largest online group of women sailors in the world, and regularly reviews books.    What You Will Hear in This Episode Introduction to Bonnie and  Not Done Yet!
