No matter you're views on it, it is part of the training process. In my 8 years of teaching I have seen a lot of students come and go. Some have been successful and others struggled. You’re gonna fail. You're just going to have to learn how to fail better. The fear of making mistakes can actually prevent you from trying anything new. You won't be able to grow and learn in your apprenticeship unless you get comfortable with allowing yourself to make mistakes. It is such an important part of learning.

Apprenticeships are hard. In fact there are going to be days that you don't think you're going to make it. In this episode Chad addresses this issue and offers his thoughts on how to survive.
