Postpartum Depression is something a lot of mothers may experience. Mothers with postpartum depression experience feelings of extreme sadness, anxiety, and exhaustion that may make it difficult for them to complete daily care activities for themselves or for others. The difference is that we need to talk about it and be open about things we felt and how to cope with it. YOU ARE AMAZING and YOU ARE DOING WELL MAMAS.We need a support system and we cannot do this alone. 

Yes mamas, your kids have to eat in the first few months. It's really hard when you don't know if you are doing it right or wrong... but rest assured, you are definitely doing it right ! As long as your kid is healthy and getting the nutrients then you are fine!! Breast feeding, bottle feeding ... NONE of these options are wrong... what works for your baby, you keep that shit up!!! Mamas.. you are doing great!!!

First 6 weeks is just flat out hard!!!! You're tired, exhausted, annoyed , you name it ! enjoy it mamas .. I'm going over all physical and mental changes that is happening during this time!! 

We just have to do it all don't we women! Learning about the expectations set on us by society for society and how we manage it. Yup, just us call us superheroes!
