Diversity Roundtable Discussion
Welcome to Social Justice and Diversity week! In light of this week's theme, the Anomaly team sat down with a group of students who wanted to share their opinions about some events that have been stirring on campus. For this episode, rather than narrating, we thought we’d sit back a bit, ask a few questions, and let the voices of the discussion take it from there. The discussion dealt with the recent emergency council meeting, the campus climate survey that was conducted school-wide, and a little piece of dug-up history from 2012 of the Owl’s Nest grievances. We encourage you to share your own opinions: if you want to record yourself responding to what has been said, feel free to pull out your phone and email a recording over to dmateos12@simons-rock.edu or ebrown14@simons-rock.edu, or if you’re not that brave (we understand, going on mic can be scary), share this episode with your friends, faculty, or whoever else might be interested. Happy Diversity Day y’all! Released 11.16.2015
