Did you know that in 68% of the battered women cases in Wisconsin, pets were also abused and 75% of the time the cruelty to the animals occurred in front of the children. Pet abuse goes hand in hand with family abuse and can be used as a powerful tool by the abuser against the weaker members of the family. Together Deborah and Marci tell you how you can keep your family and neighborhood safe from this plague.
