Steve Cozzi
Steven Cozzi went missing from his law office in Largo, Florida on March 21, 2023. On Friday, March 24, 2023, it was announced that he had gone missing under "suspicious circumstances." Host Kona Gallagher was friends with Steve in high school, so we wanted to get his information out there as soon as possible to help publicize the case and find witnesses, intending to bring Steve home. Unfortunately, right after recording this, we received the devastating news that Largo Police have arrested Dr. Tomasz Kosowski for first-degree murder in relation to Steven Cozzi. Steve has still not been found, so we want to continue to get this information out there in hopes of finding witnesses who may have been near Blanchard Law, located at 1501 S Belcher Road in Largo, Florida. At this time, we are asking that anyone that feels they have information pertinent to this investigation call Detective Bolton at the Largo Police Department at 727-587-6730.

Jason Landry
“This is a tragedy, but it’s not a crime.” This quote is from Captain Jeff Ferry, the lead investigator searching for missing Texas college student, Jason Landry. Jason, a student at Texas State University, left his apartment late in the evening on December 13, 2020, to return home to Missouri City, Texas for a quick visit. But Jason never made it home. Shortly after midnight, his car was found crashed and abandoned on a desolate road near Luling, a small town only about 30 minutes away from where he started. While Jason was nowhere to be found, he left several disturbing items behind. After two years with no sign of Jason, the Landry family is questioning the investigation and wondering more and more if this tragic ‘accident’ was actually foul play. If you have any information regarding Jason Landry’s disappearance, please contact the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office at (512) 398-6777 or the anonymous tip line at (726) 777-1359. You can also email the Texas Attorney General’s Cold Case Unit at coldcaseunit@oag.texas.gov. Codi Bigsby
4-year-old Codi Bigsby was reported missing on January 31, 2022, when his father said he woke up and found his son’s bed empty. A search immediately ensued in their Hampton, Virginia neighborhood, and police took Codi’s father, Cory, down to the station for questioning. This interview turned into a brutal interrogation that spanned days and led to Cory being arrested on multiple charges. Are police correct in thinking that Cory had something to do with his son’s disappearance? Or has tunnel vision led to a terrified father being left in jail, unable to search for his son, who has yet to be found? If you know anything about Cody or Cory Bigsby’s whereabouts between December 25, 2021, and today, you're asked to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP (1-888-562-5887) or submit a tip online at P3Tips.com or via the P3Tips app. Si sabe algo sobre el paradero de Cody o Cory Bigsby entre el 25 de diciembre de 2021 y hoy, llame a Crime Line al 1-888-LOCK-U-UP (1-888-562-5887) o envíe un propina en línea en P3Tips.com o a través de la aplicación P3Tips. Bethany Decker- Part 2
On January 29, 2011, Bethany Decker called into her waitressing job to see if she could work the evening shift. She never made it to work. Her estranged husband, Army National Guardsman, Emile Decker, was in Virginia on leave but was due to ship back to Afghanistan just days later. Her boyfriend, Ronald Roldan, claims that he saw her that afternoon at their apartment, but has no idea where she went. It would take over ten years and a brutal assault, but in 2020, an arrest would finally be made in Bethany Decker’s case. But why did it take so long? What new evidence appeared in the intervening decade that led to Bethany’s family getting answers? Bethany was a victim of domestic violence. If any of the situations in this episode sound familiar to you or someone you know, please contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1.800.799.SAFE. Bethany Decker - Part 1
21-year-old Bethany Decker was a young mother and a wife to an Army National Guardsman stationed in Afghanistan. In 2011, she attended college full-time at George Mason University in Virginia and waited tables to make ends meet. Bethany was busy and her husband was away, so it wasn’t unusual for her family to go a while without hearing from her. But when weeks passed with no word, they began to grow concerned. That concern grew into fear when family and friends started receiving strange messages from her social media accounts. Bethany’s marriage to her husband, Emile Decker, was on the rocks, and she had begun seeing a new man: Ronald Roldan. What’s more, is that when Bethany was last seen on January 29, 2011, she was pregnant. It quickly became clear that one of the men in Bethany’s life had likely harmed her, but it would be over a decade before an arrest would be made in her case. Bethany was a victim of domestic violence. If any of the situations in this episode sound familiar to you or someone you know, please contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1.800.799.SAFE. Alexander AJ Silva
"If only they had some sort of GPS monitor on them.” In the case of a person who vanishes without a trace, it’s only natural to wish for some magical tool that could just tell you where they were. As we learn with the case of missing Houston, Texas teenager, Alexander “AJ” Silva, sometimes even that’s not enough.AJ had been arrested in early 2021 and was required to wear an ankle monitor while he awaited trial. It was while he was wearing that device and being monitored by the Harris County court system that he disappeared and met what witnesses say was a horrific fate. How does this happen? How can a county just lose someone when they had the ability to track his exact location? We’ll delve into that and how AJ Silva’s family is fighting for justice. If you have any information on the disappearance and potential homicide of AJ Silva, please contact the Black and Missing Foundation at 877-972-2634, or visit BAMFI.org Si tiene alguna información sobre la desaparición y posible homicidio de AJ Silva, comuníquese con Black and Missing Foundation al 877-972-2634, o visite BAMFI.org Join the discussion on this episode here Find us everywhere Get episodes early and ad-free on Patreon Merch store For a full list of our sources, please visit our blog This week's promo is from A Little Wicked: Join hosts Kayla and Lexi every Thursday and Sunday as they tell you a story. Bonus- Colten Pratt - Hands Off My Podcast
This week we're bringing you an episode from one of our DarkCast Network friends: Hands Off My Podcast. Host Jasmine Castillo covers crimes against underserved communities. This episode tells the story of Colten Pratt, a missing Indigenous man from Winnipeg, Canada. Colten's last confirmed sighting was on November 6, 2015, and his family has been fighting ever since to get his name out there and for people with information to come forward. DISAPPEARANCE: Police previously said Pratt was last seen leaving the Marlborough Hotel on Smith Street at 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 6. The family says Pratt was in a bar at the Marlborough Hotel in downtown Winnipeg on the night he disappeared and may have gone to another hotel with the woman in the photo. Pratt apparently used his cell phone to send a photo of himself to his mother on the night he disappeared. Family members say that the phone was found downtown. Now the family is trying to identify the woman who also appears in that photo as she may have clues to Pratt’s whereabouts. “We always have hope that he’s going to walk in the door, but holding that hope is what makes this never go away for us.” - Colten's Mom IF YOU HAVE ANY INFORMATION: Winnipeg Police Service | 204-986-6222 | https://www.winnipeg.ca/police/ Missing Kids Canada | 1-866-543-8477 | https://missingkids.ca/en/ ANONYMOUS: Jasmine Castillo, Podcaster | 903-883-6103 | https://www.facebook.com/handsoffmypodcast You can leave a message through FB messenger, and I will relay it to Colten's Family Find us everywhere: https://linktr.ee/attwgpod Get episodes early and ad-free on Patreon: https://patreon.com/attwgpod Merch store: https://www.andthentheyweregone.com/merch-store For a full list of our sources, please visit our blog: https://andthentheyweregone.com/blog Looking for dinner ideas? Wondery Presents Suspect Season 2- Vanished In The Snow
For more than three and a half decades, the disappearance of 12-year-old Jonelle Matthews was a mystery – a riddle neither authorities nor her family members could solve. The residents of her cloistered Colorado hometown had scoured every inch of prairie. Jonelle’s face had been on milk cartons nationwide. Even the President of the United States had appealed to the public for help. Still, every lead had fizzled. Every person of interest had turned out to be a dead end. Then, in 2019, Jonelle’s remains were unearthed near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. With the discovery came a troubling new question: Had the truth been hiding in plain sight the entire time? Was the man who couldn’t stop obsessing over Jonelle’s disappearance also the person who took her? From Campside Media and Wondery comes season two of SUSPECT. Former CNN reporter Ashley Fantz and executive producers Matthew Shaer and Eric Benson (Suspect, Over My Dead Body) dig into one of the most mind-bending cold cases in modern history, in an attempt to separate fact and fiction, compulsion from guilt, and true-crime fandom from a motive for murder. They say hindsight is 20/20. On July 28, 2013, 50-year-old Robert Hoagland, a husband and father of two living in Newtown, Connecticut, had bagels with his son, mowed the lawn, gassed up his wife's car, and disappeared. Friends and family have been dissecting his last moves for years, trying to find clues as to what happened to Robert. Was he a victim of violence? Did he harm himself? Did he simply walk away, leaving his family and all of his possessions behind? On December 7, 2022, the public finally received some answers when Robert Hoagland was found. Authorities say that he had been living in Rock Hill, New York for the past nine years. In this episode, we discuss what has been revealed about Robert Hoagland's life in the past decade and our theories as to what happened. CJ and Billy Vosseler
We’ve all heard of people who have used children as pawns in a divorce. Maybe they’re fighting on visitation or child support payments because they don’t want to give their soon-to-be ex what they want. But in some extreme cases, the animosity and need for control can be destructive. Charles Vosseler needed to be in charge. He needed to decide where his two sons, 3-year-old CJ, and 2-year-old Billy, were at all times. So when it was clear that his marriage to his wife, Ruth, wasn’t working out, Charles hatched a plan. On October 9, 1986, this plan culminated in him kidnapping his children and keeping them hidden for decades. Over the past 30-plus years, Ruth has never given up on her children. Today, at age 75, she is still out there fighting to keep their names and their faces in the public consciousness, in hopes of finally bringing them home. Re-Release: Sage Smith Part 2
November 20, 2022 marked both Transgender Day of Remembrance and the 10-year-anniversary of Sage Smith's disappearance in Charlottesville, Virginia. Sage is still missing, but her case has been classified as a homicide. The man she was supposed to be meeting that night, Erik McFadden, has also been missing since shortly after her disappearance. We are re-releasing our two-part episode on Sage Smith in hopes of getting her name out there more and generating new leads. When a black, transgender woman went missing from Charlottesville, Virginia on November 20, 2012, her family was appalled by the lack of a police investigation, despite having a solid person of interest. In Part 2 of our look into Sage Smith's disappearance, we talk about the investigative timeline, Erik McFadden, the main person of interest, as well as some other possible suspects. Sage Smith has received a fraction of the coverage of white women who went missing from the same area at the same time, but her story deserves to be told. Sage Smith has a family who loves her, and they deserve answers and accountability. If you have any information about the disappearances of Sage Smith or Erik McFadden, please contact Charlottesville Police Detective Regine Wright at (434) 977-3381, or the anonymous CrimeStoppers tip line at (434) 977-4000. A $10,000 reward is being offered through CrimeStoppers, and an additional $10,000 is being matched by the City of Charlottesville for information leading to an arrest in Smith’s case. We are re-releasing our two-part episode on Sage Smith in hopes of getting her name out there more and generating new leads. On November 20, 2012, 19-year-old Sage Smith was supposed to meet a man she had been seeing. She told her roommate where she was going and headed down to Charlottesville, Virginia's Main Street, where they were supposed to meet. Sage has never been seen after that night. Police spoke with the man she was supposed to meet that night, Erik McFadden, but he disappeared from the area just days after Sage. While he did give conflicting stories via phone and email, police have never been able to interview him in person. Now, 10 years later, both Sage and Erik have missing person reports filed on them, and a community is wondering why this case is still unsolved. Her family blames the fact that Sage is a black, transgendered woman for the lack of police response and publicity as compared to similar cases of white women in the area. They know that there are people out there who hold the answers to this case and have the ability to bring Sage home. If you have any information about the disappearances of Sage Smith or Erik McFadden, please contact Charlottesville Police Detective Regine Wright at (434) 977-3381, or the anonymous CrimeStoppers tip line at (434) 977-4000. Update - Michael Vaughan
On July 27, 2021, 5-year-old Michael Vaughan’s father went to go check on Michael’s younger sister and order a pizza. He was out of the room for 15 or 20 minutes, but when he came back, his little boy was gone. Police in Fruitland, Idaho, along with other agencies, launched a massive search, but no trace of the boy was found. Over a year and a half went by, until seemingly out of nowhere an arrest was made. Who was arrested, and what does this person have to say about what happened to Michael Vaughan? This episode covers Michael Vaughan case updates since the arrest on 11/11/22. Giovanni Colon Gonzalez
On August 15, 2008, a mother dropped her five-year-old son off to visit his father for the weekend. Her ex, Ernesto Gonzalez, hadn’t been very involved in their son, Giovanni’s, life since their separation three years prior, but he recently started making an effort to have a relationship with the boy. Daisy Colon packed Giovanni’s backpack with clothes and dropped him off in nearby Lynn, Massachusetts. But when she came to pick him up again, her little boy was gone. An investigation was launched, and police even eventually secured a confession. The problem? Investigators didn’t believe it. Daisy believes that Ernesto hit their son somewhere, but nearly 15 years later, no one has found him. What happened to Giovanni Colon-Gonzalez?
