Hello everyone! It's finally here: the first episode of AMPLIFY: talking to friends about bands. My first guest is my co-worker and ultimate gal pal Imelda. We’ve known each other for a couple of years now, through work, and we’ve been lucky to go to lots of gigs and festivals together. In this episode, we talk about some of the artists we both love and have seen live together, and we got lots of fun memories and anecdotes to share with you all. But I’ve also asked Imelda to share some recommendations of artists that she has been enjoying recently. I feel like I am quite stuck inside my own music bubble at times, and I think she is a bit more open to other genres (plus she’s got great playlists that you can follow on Spotify).
