#32: 3-Step Strategy to Generate Leads Online
I know for a fact that there are lots of people, especially those who are still starting to build their online business, who struggle to get leads online. Fortunately, lead generation isn’t something complicated. Many people find lead generation complicated because when we start building our online business, we start to learn lots of different things at the same time, find many different strategies and claims about one same thing, and all of those make everything seems complicated and overwhelming. In today’s episode, I share with you 3 steps to generate leads online. Regardless in what niche you are, you will be able to implement this strategy and start getting leads online. The first step is to find out what your target market wants/needs. For example, you can make a list of their questions, their problems and the topics they are interested in. The second step is to choose one topic and create a freebie about that. For example, you can choose one most common problem that your target market has and create an eBook to help them solve that problem. That freebie is now your opt-in bait or your lead magnet. You can offer this in exchange for their subscription to your newsletter. That’s how you generate leads online. For example, if you want to get business opportunity leads, you can find out what your target market want to know or problems they want to solve, create an eBook, audio or video to answer that, and there you have it. The third step is to get your free offer in front of your target market. It doesn’t make sense to expect new subscribers without people knowing about your offer, right? So find out where your target market hangout, be there and actively helping people in there. Offer your freebie there to help them out and get them to subscribe to your newsletter. Don’t focus on what social media platform you want to use but where your target market likes to hang out. Don’t focus on the technical part of the advertising but think about how to get my offer in front of the right people. You can find places to market by using social medias like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, or maybe forums. Don’t underestimate forums because you can find forums about any niche you can think of and if those people are in forums, then it means they are really passionate about that topic. Being active in a forum related to your nich

#31: The Key to Success Regardless in What Business You Are
When looking at successful people, the unsuccessful people usually think about what things have made them succeed, ask them what factors have helped them to get there, they are looking for the success factors, instead of the key to success. Maybe they thought, if they know what the success factors are and if they can also have those factors in their life, they can be successful, too. But actually, that’s not really how it works. You also need the key to success. When you ask successful people the reason they are successful, the answer may varies because they have different types of business and they are in many different niches, but the key to success is actually the same. The success factors they share with you might be, they are successful because they have a high quality product, or they are successful because they know how to manage their time well, or they are successful because this is their expertise. They give different answers because people have different road to success. Well, it’s difficult to follow those many different success factors and there are definitely a lot more of them out there. But I have a good news  for you. When you know what is the key to success, all success factors will become clear to you. The key to success is the combination of value and consistency. You will have the key to success when you can give value to people consistently. That’s it! Let’s review the success factors that were mentioned above. High quality product? That’s talking about value. Time management/ That’s talking about consistency. Expertise? That’s also talking about value. So you see, you will have all of those success factors if you focus on applying the key to success, which is consistent value. Focus your effort on how you can give lots of value to your target market and give it consistently. When you do that, of course this will require you to have high quality product or service, of course you will need to have good time management, and of course you’ll need to keep learning and be the expert in your industry. Pay attention to ALL successful businesses. All of them are successful because they give value of some sort to their customers and continue doing so consistently to get where they are. The companies that stop being consistent will also going down and disappear, then being replaced by other

#30: 5 Ways to Find Blog Post Ideas
One thing we need to remember if we want to find blog post ideas is the fact that we all need different things. What you find to be easy to do might be difficult for someone else. Because of this, there are lots of blog post ideas that we can execute regardless if you feel this particular topic isn’t something that people would find useful. Here are 5 ways how you can find unlimited blog post ideas: You can blog about your daily life, especially if you’re building a personal brand You can ask what your people or your tribe want to know about Look at your competitors and see what they are blogging about Blog about problems you’ve ever had that are related to your topic Blog about questions you had when you were still newbies in your topic Not only for blog post ideas, those methods can also be used for finding video ideas, too. In fact, you can use those 5 ways to find ideas of any types of content you want. Just stay relevant to your topic and be willing to make a list of topics you can write about and you’ll never find yourself wasting time for research anymore. More often than not, if you don’t have topics ready, you’d delay your content creation and end up stop blogging altogether. You can use your time more efficiently and productively by optimizing the use of your content. Only by converting one content into multiple formats can multiply your effort and result. For example, if you write a blog post, you can create a video version of it, then convert the audio, then you’ll have one content in 3 different formats. By having your contents in 3 different formats, text, video and audio, you will then be able to have your content published in more places. If you have your content in more places, it means that you’ll be able to reach more people. People consume contents in different formats and from different places. By having presence in lots of different places, you’re increasing your chance to being found. Like this podcast? Please help spread the word by subscribing in iTunes and leaving a review. #29: How to Be Smarter Every Single Day
Not everyone wants to be smarter everyday. Shocking, right? But not really. It’s just a classic paradox. People say they want this, but their actions say otherwise. They say they want to lose fat, yet they keep eating junk food. They say they want to be successful, yet they keep wasting hours on YouTube everyday. Now, for you who want to be smarter every single day and you put your money where your mouth is, isn’t it awesome if we can really do that and keep track of everything, so that we will then be able to see how much we’ve grown and share the knowledge to give value to other people’s lives? It’s amazing how a simple little habit like this can bring a tremendous value in our life. This simple habit is actively using our brain to look for wisdom out of anything we encounter in our daily life. It doesn’t matter who are you meeting with, what book you’re reading or what movie you’re watching. We don’t just be a consumer and enjoy the movie but we actively look for something we can take from it. Keep downloading wisdom after wisdom into your brain and you can even learn more than 1 lesson a day. Our usual habit don’t keep track of this. We might not get any new lesson for days or weeks. But even if you only get one lesson a day, we’ll have 365 new lessons a year. If you develop this habit, there should be several lessons per day so you can get like 700 or 1000 or 2000 new lessons per year. If you learn 2000 lessons per year, in 10 years you’ll have 20k new lessons. 10 year might seem like a long period of time but what about from age 20 to age 30? I feel like that period of time is so fast. Well, I’m not 30, yet but I feel that this period has gone so fast and I should have been able to get 20k lessons in this period of time if I knew this when I was 20. If you’re 30 and you apply this method to develop this habit, your 20k new wisdom will make you a different person when you’re 40 and when you are 40 and above, your life will have much higher impact to even more lives. Your life will have higher meaning and you’ll be able to achieve a lot more in life, depending on your vision. Just because of this one simple habit. Like this podcast? #28: You Might Be Judgy Although You Feel You Are Not
This topic is just really not popular and like, nobody talks about this. We are used to tolerating it. When we are being judgy to ourselves, it’s just assumed to be a lack of confidence or insecurity or something like that. That might be true, but lacking confidence or feeling insecure is different from being judgmental to yourself. Feeling insecure, not confident, having low self esteem, are all the byproduct of being judgmental to yourself. It’s okay and even good to acknowledge your weaknesses so you can do something about it, but just being judgy is like complaining about something without doing anything. That can do no good, only harm. We can even be worse when we’re being judgy to ourselves than to other people because we can pay attention to the details more if it’s about ourselves. I know a story about a girl who was so judgy with herself and she kept having plastic surgeries until at one point, she has had surgeries to tweak anything on her body, she then had a plastic surgery for her toes. As you might know already, haters gonna hate. There will be no end to gossips and haters. The same thing goes with this. There will be no end to our judgments about ourselves, unless we end it. Get rid of the unnecessary things and replace them with necessary things. Things that can help you grow and be a better person. Like this podcast? #27: Fear Is the Bully of the Mind
More often than not, we use fear unconsciously. We don’t intentionally use fear as a tool to determine whether this is a good idea or a bad idea. Instead of seeing it as a tool, we let fear operate on its own, like it has its own brain. Fear makes decision for us, fear controls us, we just obey fear when it rings the cautious alarm and immediately avoid anything that triggers it. Because we don’t see fear as a tool, as a feature that we have, when fear is dominating and leading our actions, we let it. We don’t feel like we have the power or even the will to fight it because fear is the deal breaker and we want to avoid all things that trigger it to ring. The question now, what happens to people’s lives that are led my fear? Are they successful people? No. Is there anyone successful led by fear? No. So if fear’s leadership don’t lead us to success, then why do we willingly obey it? I don’t know. I think it’s just the natural way of how human behaves. We are wired to avoid fear. Now that you think about it, fear isn’t leading you to the successful life, fear doesn’t care about good ideas, fear ruins people’s life and make people have low self esteem, these are all the characteristics of a bully! We can’t and don’t want to eliminate fear altogether because we need it but we should treat fear as a tool we can use when we need it. We are the boss, not the fear. Don’t let fear become the bully of your mind. You know what can happen with bully’s victims, right? Think about how many good ideas you’d throw away, which might be successful. So what does fear cost you for you to keep it? Get rid of your mind’s bully and let’s run toward our success and breakthrough! Like this podcast? #26: Someday Is Now
Do you know why that it doesn’t make sense to say “someday I’m gonna do this and that”? Unless you don’t really want it, you shouldn’t say something like that. Here are 5 reasons why: We are not fortunetellers so we can’t be sure if the future is going to be better than today We only have the power to something right now, at the moment. We can’t touch that “someday”, yet. Someday is a code for never because we don’t even know when that “someday” is. We can never be any younger than right now so it doesn’t make sense to delay what you really want When that someday comes, that someday will be called “today” at that moment. So you’ll say “someday” everyday. Do you know those people who say “I’ll start my diet tomorrow“? But then they say “tomorrow” everyday. That’s how dangerous delaying can be. We can’t rely on the future because our future depends on our present. There’s no “better time” or “waiting for a  sign”. For example, if you want to start a business, but then you say “I’ll do that when I have the money”, what usually happens next? Nothing. Instead of saying, “I’ll start my business when I have the money”, why don’t you say “how can I get the money to start my business today”? There’s no “someday” because if you don’t have the money now, then you won’t have the money “someday”. The money won’t magically prepare itself to start your business. You need to make it happen. If you just say “I’ll start my business when I have the money” and that’s it, it means that you don’t really want to do that. You won’t be willing to rely on luck and settle in uncertainty for something you really want. You’ll want to make sure that it will happen and you’ll want to do whatever it takes to get there. #25: How to Earn More
What do we usually think of when we’re looking for ways to earn more money? Maybe we think about working harder, adding more work to do, get a second job, anything that will make us busier. But more often than not, it doesn’t work, does it? That’s why there are lots of people who are struggling to earn more money. Those ideas to earn more money will make us to be one of those people who, you know, always seem to be busy, have no time to relax and do the fun stuff, but we can’t see any improvement in their lifestyle or they seem to be just stuck in the busy-ness, without any significant change they aim for. You know why? That’s because they are focusing their time and energy on the wrong things. This type of people might be looking for ways or strategies to earn more money because they assume that there is a step-by-step guide somewhere to help them do that. They thought being rich can be achieved by doing some specific steps like using a recipe to bake a cake. They are missing the point. Do you know why working harder isn’t the answer for you to earn more? Because if you work harder, just for the sake of working harder, then there’s no point. You might need to work harder to earn more or to be rich. But not because working harder is the goal, but because it requires hard work. There’s a big difference in there. Here’s the answer: the higher your value to people, the more you deserve to earn more, the more money you will earn. Increasing your value to people requires hard work and you might need to work harder for that. But you work harder to increase your value, not just for the sake of working harder or being busier. Thinking about working more hours and become busier to earn more money means you’re looking for ways to exchange more of your time for more money, whereas we only have so much time. We only have 24 hours a day and only so much energy. That’s not the best way to make more money, isn’t it? So instead of asking how to earn more, change the question to be, how can I be more valuable? How can I deserve more? Focus on that and you won’t need to think about how to earn more money ever again! Like this podcast? Please help spread the word by subscribing in iTunes and leaving a review. #24: What Does Alive Life Really Means?
What does life mean? What does alive life mean? Your answer to those 2 questions might be different. Most people think a good life is a life where you can be relaxed at the beach everyday, you can do whatever you want, watch movies all day long, travel around the world wherever and whenever you want, and so on. In fact, people can’t be happy living without a purpose. We can’t be happy without passion. You know, driving without any direction, just for the sake of driving and being on a trip might be fun, but only for the beginning. Soon enough, you’ll need to pick a destination, choosing what you want to do there, or you’ll get bored. So why can the idea of being able to just relaxed at the beach or enjoying your freedom without any responsibility be so tempting to many people? That’s because of the effect of bias in your brain. The contrast between your current situation and that freedom causes a bias happening in your brain. That bias triggers you to think that this is what you want and what can make you happy. A prisoner can dream about getting released and having freedom can be what he thinks will make him happy. After he’s released and he’s happy because he’s got his freedom. Not for long, because he doesn’t know what to do, he has no purpose, he goes back to being unhappy again. Bottom line, find a purpose. Find what’s the thing that you can do happily in your whole life. We can’t be happy because we DON’T do something. We can be happy only if we DO something we love and live in purpose. We can’t feel ALIVE when we’re just relaxed all the time and do nothing in freedom. Like this podcast? Please help spread the word by subscribing in iTunes and leaving a review. #23: Do You See Life in Black & White?
Looking at things in black and white can be like a shortcut or the easy way to judge and make a decision. When you’re facing something or know something, it’s easier to just judge whether you like it or not, or whether it’s right or wrong, assume everything, conclude right away, even make decisions just like that. For example, when someone asks you which one is the better choice for this kid’s future, this field of study or that field of study or is it okay if he doesn’t go to college at all and go directly to build his own business? There’s no exact right or wrong to that question. Maybe there’s a better choice but nobody can ever know which one. Unless you can live in a parallel universe and see the results of both options and compare them, then come back here to give the answer, you can’t just state this one is better or that one is wrong. Everything can happen in this life and there’s nothing constant except the change itself. Other than that, we often look at things black and white and base our judgement on our own life principles. For example, there must be people who choose different lifestyle from you. Looking at things black and white would be to judge them that their lifestyle is a bad choice and so on. What if they have a different life goal than you? Then maybe their choice of lifestyle is the most suitable choice for them, based on their goal, but will be a bad lifestyle choice for you because it doesn’t support your life goal. See? Don’t see thinks just in simple black and white. Different from what you think is better for you doesn’t mean it’s wrong. There’s nothing wrong with being different because we’re all different after all. What applies to you doesn’t always apply to the others. What’s wrong for you maybe right for some other people. #22: For You Who Don't Know How to Be Motivated
In this video, I shared 5 tips for you to find your motivation and stay motivated. Being motivated is actually simple IF you know what motivates you. So the first trick is to know exactly what motivates you. It's like having a carrot as a bait for a rabbit. If you use meat as a bait for a rabbit, it's totally understandable if the rabbit isn't motivated. It's the wrong bait and there's nothing wrong with that. So, what's your carrot? Some people are motivated with helping people, some people don't find it that motivating. There's nothing wrong with having different carrot than other people. But what you should know for sure is that you must have something that can be your carrot. We all have it so we just need to find it. We can easily feel burnt out at work or anything we do if we don't have the right reward in front of us. It's totally logic so you don't need to feel bad about that. It's totally understandable if you're not motivated to run and chase something if you don't really want to get that. So, choose the right carrot for you, surround yourself with people who have achieved that, fill your mind with that every day, focus on your target, then you'll be motivated until eventually you get what you want. Keep it burning, keep going, keep reaching your goals, then keep making bigger goals and then reach them every time! #21: How the Same Idea Can be Perceived Differently
Sometimes the problem is not about the idea, but the person behind it. 2 different guys, given 1 same exact idea, get different results. Why is that? I believe that’s because of the different simulation process in the brains of those 2 people. Yes, simulation. Whether you realize it or not, our brain’s best quality is the ability to simulate events. When we want to make a decision, we automatically simulate the 2 options and we base our decision on which option has a better result. This is why the same idea can have different results. When you get an idea and your simulation in your brain is positive, you’ll pursue the idea differently, which means the acts you take after will also be different from the other guy who has negative simulation. The example of positive simulation is like when you get an idea, then your brain simulate that idea with exciting process continued by successful results. The example of negative simulation is when you express that idea to another person and that person thinks that’s a bad idea because that’s difficult and you’re not gonna make it. Sounds familiar? Of course because it happens very often, just maybe without you realizing it. No matter which person you are, at least now you understand that there is no right or wrong. It’s just that there are always multiple angles we can have when we see something. Our characters determine the actions taken towards the idea. Like this podcast? #20: How to Create A Clear Plan
Without a clear plan, you’re reducing your opportunity to succeed tremendously. This is because a clear plan is the key to determine a clear direction and a clear direction is what you need to a clear destination. If you don’t have any clear destination, what would you call ‘arrival’ or ‘success’? It’s fine if you take the trip just for the sake of taking the trip. But, is it what you want? This is 3 simple ways to create a clear plan. I learned this from Tony Robbins and he calls this Results Planning Method. This will create a massive action plan that’s results and purpose driven. The first step is to find out what you really want. For example, you might think what you really want is 100 grand to pay your debt. The fact is, clearing your debt is just a way to feel secure again or relax and enjoy life again. What you really want is to never needing to worry about paying the bills anymore. To stop living from paycheck to paycheck. To be able to afford what you need or your loved ones need. The second step is to find out why do you really want it. For example, you’ve found out that what you really want is to be financially independent. Why do you want that? Maybe because you simply want to be happy or have a good life. Or you want to be a better husband/wife or maybe you want to have a more meaning life. Maybe because you want to save your marriage. Then, the third step is to figure out what you need to do now. Based on The ONE Thing, a bestselling book by Gary Keller, ask yourself, what’s the one thing you can do now, so that by doing that, other things will be much easier or unnecessary? #19: Why People Don't Buy from You
Don’t you think it’s so strange how many people struggle to make a sale? Why strange? Because as a matter of fact, there are also so many people who shop A LOT! With that said, we know for sure that people buy stuff **easily **so that can’t be the problem. The problem why people are struggling to make sales isn’t because their prospects don’t like buying products. So, where does the money go? Why can’t we make sales, although millions of dollars worth of sales are being made every single day, even if we only count the sales done online. There are a lot of possible reasons why you’re struggling with making sales but I know if you apply this one thing, you should be well on your way to your success. What is that one thing? Give bonuses! People see your offer and automatically think, what’s in it for me? Eben Pagan abbreviated it to be WII FM. Haha.. It’s true, though. Maybe unconsciously, lots of marketers expect their prospects to do a charity. Why charity? Well, what do you call it when people give money without the intention to get anything back for them? I know, right… So, offer what people want, not what you want to offer. Answer the WII FM question in your offer. If you’re hungry, you’d want to buy food, right? So if you find what your prospects are hungry for, offer them the “food” for that. Another thing to make your offer even better! Don’t be afraid to give a guarantee. People don’t buy just because they want to refund your offer. If they do, you don’t want that type of people to be your customers, anyway. Although people don’t buy because they want to refund your offer, having a guarantee for your offer really matters. Why? Because then, you will be able to give security and increase their comfort to buy. In short, having a guarantee helps because people just need to know that it’s available. They want to have it just for the sake of having it. You know, just in case and for feeling secure, unless you’ve established a good relationship with them. Like this podcast? #18: The Power of Clarity
This is about making sure of your success. Do you know how? It’s by having a crystal clear plan to a specific goal at a certain time. If you don’t have any clear destination, you won’t be able to reach that point and call it a success. Having a clear plan is when you have drawn a line of paths from where you want to be, to where you are right now. This way, you will be able to see the path you need to take step by step toward that goal you want. This is how you can create a plan like that. Let’s start from a very simple scenario I know you can relate to, which I also use in the video. For example, you want to go to a coffee shop. That’s your end goal. You’re at your house. You can see your transportation and your route as parts of your plan. So you get in your car, drive to this street, and than that street, plan all the way until you arrive at that coffee shop. Done! If you don’t know where you want to go, you can’t say ‘arrive’. If you don’t know what to accomplish, you can’t say ‘success’. If you don’t know the route, it’s like driving without a map in a city you’ve never been to. If you don’t have any plan, it’s like shooting arrows with your bow hoping for luck to maybe hit a target, not necessarily the one you want. So wake up now, get to work! Start creating your plan! You automatically have plans for getting your morning coffee or all that simple things, so you can’t afford not having plans for bigger things like your business or health. Like this podcast? #17: Earn Big VS Learn Big
Have you ever heard a saying, which then became a book title, “whatever got you here won’t get you there”? That’s very true and very logic, yet is a very uncommon practice and understanding. We can’t just expect to earn bigger simply by increasing the amount of work you do or prolonging the time of your work. Well, if you are paid hourly, this trick can increase your income a little, but we’re talking big increase here. We’re talking achieving a big goal, a big dream, a life-changing goal, a breakthrough. Think about one now, then you can have a clearer vision after reading this. What you’ve got, what you’ve known already, what you’ve been able to do, what you’ve acquired as skills so far, have got you to where you are now. Agreed? Now, I assume you want to achieve more and have a bigger goal in mind if you’re still reading. So ask yourself these questions now: What does it take to go [there – change with your goal]? What other skills I need to acquire? What do I need to reduce, or even remove from my life to get [there – change with your goal]? The answers of those 3 questions are your homework with the highest priority. There’s no better day than today to start because today is the youngest you can ever be. Like this podcast? #16: How to Tell Which People Are Good & Bad for You
We don’t naturally analyze people around us, especially those who are close to us. We don’t judge them and don’t really actively think about how much effect they bring to us. This is not good because we won’t be aware of bad influences around us. Not to be rude to people or to be judgmental, but we need to be aware of this, simply to be able to protect ourselves. For important things, we shouldn’t be democratic. For example, if you need advice about business for an important decision you’re about to make, don’t be democratic to listen to all of your friends, including those who have no related experience in this field. Being surrounded by negative people will drag us down. It can be because of their negative/wrong mindset, or just because of the negative power we receive without getting any balance of positive influences. You know, when we spend lots of time with negative people, we spend little time with positive people, right? Or even none. When I say positive people and negative people, this is what I mean. Negative people are those who don’t same the same value with you and don’t help you in any way toward what you want. It can be about business or social life or health, or anything. The positive people are those who have been where you are and have made it to where you want to be. They have better understanding and deeper knowledge about what you need to know and learn about. It’s not surprising to know that the level of income or wealth usually don’t have much difference among people in a particular circle of friends. People usually earn as much as their close friends or maybe a bit different, but not much. Think about that and what you want to do after understanding this simple fact? How much do you want to get the life you dream of? How far do you want to sacrifice to get it? Like this podcast? Please help spread the word by subscribing in iTunes and leaving a review. #15: Are You an Entrepreneur or a Freelancer
There’s a huge difference between an entrepreneur and a freelancer, yet most people don’t seem to understand the difference. Not knowing the difference can hurt your career or business. Being an entrepreneur isn’t better than being a freelancer or the other way around. It’s about who you are and your characteristic. An entrepreneur can’t work as a freelancer and vice versa. If you’re not in a position where you’re supposed to be, you can’t perform the best you can.“ Think back to your past and understand yourself better, then decide for good the lifestyle you actually want. Consultants, designers, doctors, any position that needs to handle the work themselves is all a freelance job, although you might do it full-time. Entrepreneurs are in business, building their own business to the level when it has a system running which enables the business to keep operating without relying on them being in the office or not. There’s no right or wrong here because it’s all about who we are, what we like to do, what we want and what we are passionate about. As long as you know all of that, don’t think too much about labelling yourself but do the best you can in what you can do. Like this podcast? #14: What to Do About the Things You Hate
Sometimes it’s so silly how our brains work but we become the silliest one if we do nothing about it. In this episode, we’re going to specifically talk about the things we hate and how most people handle it. We all have something we don’t really like. Well, hate is a strong word but it’s so common that people keep hating one thing and spend their days commenting on that, like hating this things is their daily activity. Why would people spend so much time on the things they hate? If you don’t like it, change it. If you can’t change it, learn to accept it or at least adjust to have less time with it or simply help yourself to feel annoyed and not have it in your daily life as a part of your routines. Sounds so common sense yet not a common practice. There’s no use in sticking with what you hate for the sake of hating. That can be a sign of not appreciating your time enough. You know, people say life is short but still aren’t really picky about what they use their time for. Ironic? Like this podcast? #13: How to Be Anything You Want
Releasing yourself from all imaginary limitation is key for your life’s breakthrough. Be open to new ideas and see other people, not necessarily around you. Can you find people living the life you want? Usually when we find people who are living the life we want to live, we feel that it’s unreachable, that’s like a dream, that’s unreal for us, and so on. That’s all imaginary limitation. That’s a bias in our mind because of what’s available around us. If what we want isn’t a common thing in our family, doesn’t mean it’s unreachable. If there are many people who are having what we want, why do we always assume that we’re always an exception? Are we that special to negativity that we’re always an exception to good things? This also happens a lot in the lives of LGBT people, especially those who are in third world countries or anti-gay countries. We are all not attached to anywhere. Nobody will kill you if you move out to another country. Not to be extreme, but there might be a chance to be killed if you stay in your country, instead. We’re not like animals in the zoo that are caged. We even have transportation to go anywhere around the globe yet there are so many people wasting their time feeling unhappy just to stay at a horrible place. Maybe you’re trapped in another illusion, which is new is bad or scary. New factor might trigger your fear because new factor brings unknown factors and we naturally fear of the unknowns. But unknown means we don’t know if it’s a good thing or a bad thing, right? While we know for sure that the current situation is bad. Fear? That’s another illusion played by your amygdala of your brain that functions as the central of fear based on what you’ve experienced or what you know. That’s good for a warning for danger or as an alarm to be careful but not to disable yourself from doing what makes you happy or from doing what’s meaningful for you. Don’t let fear keep you from having a meaningful life. Fear is supposed to help you avoid mistakes, help you to be successful, not the other way around. Pursue your dreams, do what you have to do, make your plan, stick to it until you make it happen. Picture the life you want and make it your reality! Like this podcast?
