It's been too long everyone! I know, I'm sorry, I have been thinking about posting every day and it's just been too much going on for me to focus. Thankfully the wonderful Isabelle came to my rescue and she wanted to chat to me about Food Safety. For those of you unaware my day job is to work with food safety for Tetra Pak's customers and Isabelle works in comms for our R&D area. What a great interview this was, and there is still more to come. Nancy Cates is a local cookie, coffee and more cafe in my local town. I have started with some basketball cards and some magic the gathering cards. The magic the gathering cards immediately look like a much better flip than the basketball cards. Particularly from a time perspective. I am very happy with how they have gone up in value already.
