Hillary Biscay Part 2 - Endurance Training, Obstacles & Loving Life

Hillary Biscay - is a professional triathlete and Ironman Champion. She is also the reigning World Champion of the Ultraman Triathlon, a three-day, 320-mile race around the Big Island of Hawaii, where she also placed 3rd amongst the men. She is considered the most prolific Iron-distance competitor on the professional women's racing circuit, having completed over 60 Ironman triathlons.    She joins us today to share her amazing accomplishments, her challenges and how she is able to push her mind and body past the burn of these grueling endurance races        Hillary currently trains and is a multi-sport coach in  Tucson, Arizona. She is also the Co-founder of “SMASH” a women’s sport apparel for multi-sport athletes.
