Ep. 69 - Wim Hof Breathing Beginner's Mode + Guided Meditation
[CAUTION: Never practice this breathing technique while operating heavy machinery.] Welcome everyone! In this episode we practice a beginner's, or easy-mode version of Wim Hof breathing, followed by a guided meditation. I find that this breathing method brings one so quickly into a serene, clarified state, that it is perfect before meditation - not to mention the positive side-effects of clearing inflammation, boosting the immune system, as well as increasing (in micro-dose quantities) the endogenous dmt and other healthy chemicals naturally produced within our own bodies. Also known as the Spirit Molecule, DMT appears to aid in deepening one's sense of inner-peace, clarity of awareness, and sense of flow-like effortlessness. A note on microdosing: If one wishes to micro-dose safely, naturally, and legally, this is a way. Please be safe, seek guidance, and be mindful of local and national laws. That said, we support the work towards legalization and integration of our sacred plant medicines with health care systems, as well as for spiritual practice, so that people everywhere may have access to these profound tools in safe and supportive environments. For more info on Wim Hof's breathing technique check out Ep. 35 in which I share a more detailed intro and tutorial, and we practice along with one of Wim's guided tutorials. Ep. 45 is an outdoor Wim Hof session with the sounds of nature and water in the background. Feel free to mix it up, and look forward to more, including intermediate and advanced modes. If you appreciate this practice, I encourage you learn more, and share these podcasts you find them beneficial. Check out our livestream!
