Episode 64 Jordan Jetson
In this episode I got to officially meet and talk to Jordan Jetson, an MC from right here in Louisville who is making waves with recorded work as well as some random (FIRE) verses in Facebook videos. He told me about how he got into rapping, and how his cousin, very well-known local musician gone worldwide, 1200, trained him to be a one-take wonder and profoundly creative artist. Subconsciously trained like a rap ninja, he found his holy grail - his grandmother's cloth-bound dictionary and WORD was born! We also talked about how he and the multi-faceted musician Yons got connected, released a project together, and continue to work, how he balances life as a father of twins and music, social media marketing gems, generation gaps, and much more. Find him on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/AirJordanJets On iTunes:https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/critical-mass/1252844759 And Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/airjordanjetson This podcast is brought to you by https://profumo.vasayo.com

Episode 63 Nacirema
10 YEARS IN THE MAKING! Ok, not really, but it's been much longer than it ever should've been for us to get this podcast in. I sat down with one of my all-time favorite MCs and biggest influences, Nacirema. We obviously talked music, but dug deeper into particular aspects such as his start as an MC, performing in places he could've gotten hurt, Louisville's influence on him, working with people from around the world, what he felt his role in HipHop was, the ego and stage presence, all the MCs he ghost-wrote for, & how many human sacrifices it took to get to his level of ability. We also touched on his love for new tech, traveling, consistent self-improvement, & finally find out if he was really formed from lightening striking the side of a mountain. Oh, and NEW NACIREMA IS ON THE WAY! Follow him on Facebook and check out the links below: nacirema777.bandcamp.com nacirema.bandcamp.com scanners.bandcamp.com skullavalance.bandcamp.com This podcast was brought to you by profumo.vasayo.com

Episode 62 RMLLW2LLZ
In this episode I got to sit down with one of my favorite MCs in Louisville's scene, best voice in HipHop, RMLLW2LLZ (Romell with 2 L's). With the production of HipHop artist Yons, he released a project late last year called Concerto No.9 Movement II, which became (only slightly) arguably the best album to be released in our region in 2017. It's smooth, yet gritty, vulnerable, yet unapologetically stern. The level of musicianship and lyricism on the album made for really great conversation topics, and I honestly don't think in the almost 2 hours we spent chatting did we stray from the topic of music and this album. Featuring a track from the album "Break A Dollar" with Dom B a little over halfway thru, I give you Episode 62.  Peace to your lives! Follow Romell on all the social media outlets @ RMLLW2LLZ & seek out that album!

Episode 60 Filthy Sendoff with Touch AC & Kogan Dumb
In this episode we sat down for a discussion with Kogan Dumb of Bird Zoo & Touch AC, 2 of the most creative artists in Louisville's music scene & solid contributors to the world of analytical dialogue. Too much? That's fine, we enjoyed ourselves. We obviously talked about what music projects they have in the works, then on into performance stories & band "chemistry", rape culture intolerance, religions, gender identifications, and so much more, all littered with honest thoughts and ideas. Most importantly, sent Rich off with shots of bourbon and discussed possibilities for the future of the podcast.  This episode is dedicated to Richard Herrell for bringing it to life, providing the space & equipment for it, engineering it, uploading episodes, making commercials, contributing to every conversation, etc etc. Thank you!  Kogan Dumb & Bird Zoo - http://www.bandanabottles.com Touch AC - https://toucharmorclass.bandcamp.com This podcast is brought to you by...... Episode 59 Mmuso
In our 59th attempt at recording a decent conversation we sat down with rapper/producer Mmuso, who is currently making new noise in Louisville music culture. We talked a little about his life and his approach to music, Uber pissers, comedy, offensiveness, strange, new rap videos, and healthy/unhealthy lifestyle balancing. He's a very interesting a cool cat and a dope MC, so this ended up being quite the successful attempt.  Stay tuned to his upcoming music releases by following him on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/musicbymmuso/ This episode is brought to you by Twisted Images Tattoo Shop, Weightless Float Center, and the Never Nervous Podcast Network.

We sat down with a couple Villebillies to talk music (obviously), life, marijuana legalization, and paranormal activity.
