EP:21 - Networking
Welcome back this week for another episode! We Truly treasure you lending us your ears and this week we would like to fill it with wisdom and experiences we personally have learned and attained lessons from. We start off kickin it by the water cooler with the Breakroom Blues, starting with Da Baby blessing a poor fan with his 5 finger. Continuings on with SXSW being cancelled and finishing with our very own UCantDrawJohnny ‘ s event at Alief Ownes Intermediate School, raised by the SoufWest and always contributing back! He was introduced to that event via Networking which is our main topic. Networking is key, Networking is essential, Networking will get you on. We hope you enjoy and share if you liked it, shoot us a message, or just listen in the bushes no big deal 😀. Beat by @prodby_deion, Photo by NeONBRAND on Unsplash

EP:20 - Finding Your True Path
Join us this week as we welcome in our Esteemed guest Shawn Dowdy aka @PictureMePedro, delving into the week's mildest topics. Super mediocrity speaking softly towards the Breakroom Blues consisting of Meg Thee Stallion’s battle vs 1501, Corona Virus aka Covid-19 (which we obviously aren’t taking lightly it's just jokes people geeze) and Super Tuesday. So essentially, we talked about politics too long and no one cares so skip to the 38-minute mark if you don’t want to hear any of that. However, our main topic for this week is not necessarily being where you’re supposed to be and navigating towards your True Path. We cross examine and self-explore our own journeys and try to spread knowledge on the lessons we’ve accertained. Thanks 3000 for tuning in and until next time AA All Day! EP:19 - Bullying
Welcome one and all, We dive back in this week right into the breakroom blues topics of the passing of the Great Katherine Johnson, justice finally catching up with Harvey Weinstein, and the little person causing big problems down under. Transitioning seamlessly, of course, into our main topic of discussion... Bullying. Now we are no way condoning or endorsing bullying. In fact, we are giving our own personal examples of being bullied and what we learned and how we grew from those situations. And the thick skin that you need to have today to endure the gauntlet of online tomfoolery. Thanks 3000 for tuning in and until next time AA All Day! Intro/Outro Beat by prodby_deion, Cover Photo by Warren Wong @ UnSplash.

Ep 18 : Black History Month
This week we delve into our FB live evolution again so please check out our FB page Da Office and like/comment, tell us how trash we are whatever :D. In the breakroom blues we go into the wonderfully ironic bankruptcy of the Boy Scouts of America (who would've thunk it), the unfortunate flooding in Mississippi and other southern states. And finally, another lovely piece of irony in the defacing of Plymouth rock right before its 400th anniversary.  But our main topic, is Black History Month and the perceived unoriginality in retelling the struggles of those who came and sacrificed before us. How can we do a better job portraying them in an educational and entertaining engaging way? Thank you, 1000 times, for spending your time with us and as always AA All day! But for our main topic we dive into our most well-known common factor which is The Grind. We all have been grinding in our own avenues but we come together to speak on the measure we individually have taken and also tips and tricks for up and comers to use to stay motivated and put in that WORK. EP:16 - Moving On
As we proooceeddd, thanks again for your time rocking with us on a Thursday. This week we hit the breakroom and sing the blues about 45 not knowing his states to no one’s surprise. The fantastic Superbowl halftime show (#Latinas), and the Corona virus starting to freak everyone out. But our main topic is about moving on, looking internally and really healing yourself first before you can truly move on. We all have had rough endings to relationships, and the energy it takes to endure the pain, pick yourself up, look in the mirror and begin to take steps forward to true self-healing and actualization is hard work and we discuss the steps we have taken and are taking even now. Thank you so much for your time, any comments or questions please don’t hesitate and until next time AA All day! Peace

EP:15 - Appreciating Life
2020 has been trash juice so far and we just wanted to take a moment in honor of the late great Kobe Bryant to appreciate life and the actual good things it does provide. Because yes life does drop batches of positive actions every once in a while, and we have to make sure to appreciate them when they drop. So, this week’s entire breakroom blues will be dedicated to the tragic passing of one of the NBA’s greatest players and then transition into speaking on the process of fulfilling your life with worthwhile pursuits. Not letting petty disagreements turn to lifelong regrets and over all just appreciating life for what it is. Thank you so much for your time, any comments or questions please don’t hesitate and until next time AA All day! Peace

Also, the Texan’s and Astros taking major L’s, the Jeopardy GOAT’s taking over the airwaves. But our main topic is Exploitation, from being exploited from family, from friends, from clients, from the government and especially being exploited from relationships. Ep 2: Set your life on fire, seek those who fan your flames
In our second episode of the Above All Conglomerate Pod we tackle our weekly totally not hot button water cooler topics in what we respectfully call the breakroom blues segment. Followed by an in depth look at how UCantDraw Johnny hones his lyrical skills and unleashes his verbal scythe upon the followers in IG. Main topic veers into motivation and how to take steps towards becoming a more successful individual/team member. The keys to success aren't hidden and are often time right in front of your face. For the most part we all understand what it takes, it's that willingness to acknowledge this and move forward that is the hardest part. Thank you for tuning in and we hope you enjoy Episode 2!
