E3 is officially dead following the announcements from Nintendo Sony and Xbox not attending this year's conference. Hi fi rush was such a hidden project that even Bethesda did not know about it which is fantastic. Live service games keep taking a hit as Knockout City will end after it’s next season. A Nintendo direct is slated for this coming week and Zelda fans are expecting news for Tears of The Kingdom. Wild hearts is looking promising as the developers stated no micro-transactions for the game. Avatar Generations is out now and Gerrimy played it during the entire show. Stone gives his thoughts on God of War Ragnarok and why it didn’t deserve to be game of the year.  It was a slap in the face for Xbox fans as they did not have a single game announced  at the game awards. This is concerning because it’s the last show of the year  that celebrates gaming and their presence was absent. A strange kid crashed the game awards. Gerrimy gives the details for the occurrence. Idris Elba is joining Cyberpunk 2077 in its DLC Phantom Liberty.  Sonic Frontiers fans bashed the Genshin Impact game and the fan base  took it upon themselves to make sure that Genshin Impact won the Players Choice award. Final Fantasy XVI is about 95% complete but  Yoshida P  the director, discusses  why there won’t be any diverse characters in the game.  The  AWOI  Gaming Crew is back to give you this week to give you the gaming news in a jammed packed episode!  It was a hot take weekend for Perry as he gave his thoughts  on the  Black Adam movie.  Minor spoilers so  listen to your discretion.  Reviews came out for Gotham Knights  from WB Montreal and the game is underwhelming.The game  feels unfinished.  Plague Tale Requiem, Mario Rabids, Tales from  the Borderlands, and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 campaign mode all received great review scores!  Reviewers have been playing  God of War Ragnarok and all of them are quite impressed with the improvements. Konami has announced Silent Hill 2 Remake for 2023! Fans can finally rejoice! The Resident Evil Village  third person mode is now available as a demo! There are no plans for code veronica right now. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have some significant changes that Pokemon fans  may appreciate. Persona 5 Royal is now available on Xbox and Nintendo Switch! The Calisto Protocol has gone gold ahead of it’s December release date! Final Fantasy XVI gets a brand new trailer and the game is now in it’s final push before it comes out next year! Nintendo  had  their direct and finally revealed the title for  Breath of The Wild 2! It is called Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom! The gang goes into depth discussing   how Nintendo  announced Zelda, Fire Emblem Engage, more  splatoon 3 content with a slew of JRPGS and farming games and yet  bigger face names called it a disappointment. Games are games so  enjoy them!  Playstation  had their State of Play and  showed new flashy games slated for 2023 along with the new story trailer for God of War!  Capcom showed up and shared more details for Street Fighter 6!  Closed beta on PS4/ PS5 on  October 7th- 10th!  Capcom also announced that the Resident Evil 4 remake will be on last gen consoles as well!
