Mike Elizondo joins us this week on A Minor in Reality! He is a Grammy Award-winning producer, songwriter, and musician. He’s worked with major artists such as Carrie Underwood, Eminem, 21 Pilots, and Dr. Dre. But we’ll let him tell you more about that. 

This week we have Josh Collum joining us again this season! He is the co-founder and partner of Sorted Noise, a singer/songwriter for Secrets in Stereo, and was a licensing consultant at Sun Records.  But we’ll let him tell you all about that.

With 30+ years of experience in the music industry, our guest this week is Don Van Cleave! He is one of the guys responsible for Record Store Day and bringing back Vinyl.    He currently manages Moon Taxi and Rainbow Kitten Surprise under Red Light Management, but we'll let him tell you more about that. 

Back for round two we have Beth Laird join us this week!    This CEO and co-owner of Creative Nation is responsible for publishing and managing the careers of songwriters such as Luke Laird, Lori McKenna, Jonathan Hutcherson, Tyler Johnson, and several others.     But we’ll let her tell you more about that. 

Martha Earls joins us this week on A Minor in Reality! Martha manages country music star Kane Brown and recently won the 2019 Women in Music City Award. But we’ll let her tell you more about her many accomplishments working in the music industry.

This week on A Minor in Reality, we are joined by Jeff Coffin of the Dave Matthews Band. He is always keeping himself busy as a globally recognized saxophonist, composer, and educator at Vanderbilt University. But we’ll let him tell you more about that and how he continually surrounds himself with creativity.

This week our guest is Daniel Norton. He was the co-founder and CTO of LeanKit, received an MBA at MIT and now helps launch startups. We’ll let him tell you more about building companies, going back to school, and what it's like in the business world.
