Episode 3 - Nutrition and Tips to Lower Your Stress and Weight at the Same time
In this episode Melbourne Therapist Georgina Mitchell discusses good nutrition and the relationship between Stress, Depression and Weight Gain. At the 10 minute mark I will begin a Progressive Muscle Relaxation exercise which is designed to help relax the body and lower stress levels. This exercise is approximately 12 minutes long, do not listen to this part of the recording if you are driving or doing anything which requires your attention for safety. This episode is all about helping you get to sleep. There is a brief introduction followed by a relaxation session designed to ease you into deep relaxation and help you drift off to sleep.
