Love and Relationships: Self Love
Dr. Janice Walton, Allison Huffman LMFT, and Cheri Rohlman LMFT candidly talk about self love. What does self love mean? Does it change as we grow or does it remain the same? Love and Relationships: Understanding Romantic Attachment
Richard Yates, LPC is our guest as we discuss dating and attachment. The way we attach to romantic partners will determine who we can successfully date or marry. There are four attachment types, three of which have been identified and researched for decades. These attachment styles include: secure, anxious and avoidant types. Richard Yates added a forth attachment type he calls the “autonomous” type. Knowing which attachment type we are allows us to quickly identify who we should or should not enter a relationship with.
