We long for something better, and we love hearing stories where the character(s) find true joy. We know that all of that points to the reality of heaven and the new creation. 'And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him. "How is he going to do this?" and "Is it possible?" are questions we  ask ourselves as we see the story unfold. This all resembles the story of the Bible. Romans 5:12 NLT  In this episode, Mel takes us through the story of the fall in Genesis 3. When sin entered into the world, everything was messed up. Our mind, emotions, and our wills were messed up. The worlds entire ecosystem no longer functions the way God intended - in perfect harmony. Instead, all of our relationships are marked with mess ups and this is all due to the presence of sin. The Bible is all about this story and today we focus on the beginning of it; creation. God created everything as good. He spoke everything into existence, and then he formed man as the pinnacle of His creation. We were created in His image to show off His glory and to rule the world as extensions of Him.
