Self Care in the Time of COVID
In this episode we go deep on self-care in the midst of high-stress, low-resource seasons. As a neurodiverse group with lots of built in anxiety and stressors, we have plenty of practice with self-care. We hope this episode is useful to you, and that you are staying safe and healthy. Thanks for joining us, and welcome to the fam!

In this episode we cover a few behavioral theories. We start out with Spoon Theory, touch on Fork Theory, and spend most of the episode on Attachment Theory. It's not as jokey-jokey as some of our other episodes but it IS as interesting. Thanks for joining us, and welcome to the fam!

Best and Worst 1 p1
Join 4/5 as we explore some of our "bests and worsts." This episode covers sleep set ups and organized religion. So yeah... we had a lot to say. (So much so that we ended up splitting our session into two episodes - more in part 2!) Thanks for joining us and welcome to the fam!

Languages and Accents
We explore our fascination with accents, languages, and mimicry. As Rose explained, we all collect bits of language like magpies collect shiny things. We hope you're as entertained by all of it as we are. Thanks for joining us, and welcome to the fam!

In this episode we interview Zee, the second oldest sibling and the most accomplished, career-wise. She’s wickedly smart and funny, and has become our de-facto self-care expert because she is consistently working on her own stuff and sharing what she learns whenever we are having a rough patch. Zee is regularly the one to challenge accepted norms and make us think deeply about how we behave and why we do things a certain way. In fact, we went off on so many Zee-led tangents while recording this episode that we had to cut out huge chunks just to get it even remotely close to our self-imposed one-hour time limit. Zee also tends to be pretty guarded to those she doesn’t know, so we hope you enjoy this unrestricted peek into Zee’s world. Thanks for joining us, and welcome to the fam!

In this episode we interview the middle-est sibling: Keren. We were all together in person (in the same room!) for this one, so there's lot of extra side-comments and shuffling. Thanks for joining us, and welcome to the fam!

In this episode we interview Rose, the youngest girl. Due to technical issues, this is actually the second time we interviewed Rose. So, although you guys are getting it in sequence, we had already recorded several more episodes by the time we got to this one (some inside jokes will re-appear several episodes from this one). It was nice to get to give Rose some extra attention. She even got a quick-fire round near the end! Hope you enjoy this episode, and welcome to the fam!

In this episode we interview the youngest sibling and only dude: Shua. Zee couldn't join us for this episode but we still had a lot of fun learning more about our only brother. Thanks for joining us, and welcome to the fam.
