(If using Luxardo syrup, add 1/2 teaspoon of water to mix bitters and syrup together) Add Ice and Bourbon and gently stir Twist Orange peal to release oils in to glass and whip rim of glass to coat with oil. Drop peal in to glass with 1 or two Luxardo cherries.
