Mel Interviews Andrew Sheridan
Welcome to the 65th Episode of the #100MasterCoaches​ Show. In this episode, Mel interviews Andrew Sheridan from Luxembourg. Andrew is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), holds the Master Certified Coach (ICF), and is a founder, past (and once again current) President of the ICF Luxembourg Chapter. Andrew is a founding partner of several international firms specializing in organizational development and change management, with a strong focus on leadership impact, emotional intelligence, and effective communication. Andrew’s early career was in international banking, where he spent 10 years working as a sales and relationship manager in the securities divisions of Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank. Managing a portfolio of institutional clients including ABN Amro Bank, Bank of England, and Barclays among others, Andrew went on to become Vice President of Sales for Benelux. In 2007, he left the corporate world and undertook in-depth study and research in the fields of social science, psychology, and management theory at the Australian College of Applied Psychology in Brisbane. He further strengthened his skills within the coaching arena by pursuing professional accreditation at the highest industry standards, and is also a certified Process Communication Coach, using the tools of transactional analysis to help develop client awareness regarding impact and behaviour. Andrew is also certified in the use of the Leadership Circle 360 Profile as well as being a Team Diagnostic Assessment Facilitator for Team Coaching International. Andrew is a current senior member of the CTI faculty, delivering coach training programs globally in both English and French, in public and organizational forums. Dorothy is a Canadian native who earned her MA in clinical psychology from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio, and her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the renowned Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western University. She earned her certificate as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation in 2005. She is certified in the Hay Group’s Emotional and Social Competence Inventory, Resilience Index, and is a Certified Somatic Coach with the Strozzi Institute. She is a twenty-year member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and of the Academy of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO). Dorothy pioneered the first Gestalt Coaching program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Her early recognition of the potential of professional coaching as a viable organizational asset led her in 1995 to conceive and co-teach one of the first workshops specifically focused on coaching conducted in accordance with the premises of Gestalt theory, principles, and practice. Mel Interviews Tracy Sinclair
Welcome to the 49th Episode of the #100MasterCoaches​ Show. In this episode, Mel interviews Tracy Sinclair, MCC. Tracy Sinclair is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a trained Coaching Supervisor, Mentor Coach, and ICF Assessor. Tracy trains coaches and works with managers and leaders to develop their coaching capability. She works as an international Corporate Executive and Board Level Coach, a leadership development designer, and a facilitator working with a wide range of organizations. Tracy also specializes in working with organizations to support them develop a coaching culture. Tracy has co-authored a book: Becoming a Coach: The Essential ICF Guide published in 2020 which provides a comprehensive guide to coaching for coaches at all levels of skill and experience, the psychology that underpins coaching, and the updated ICF Core Competency Model. In this same year, she founded Coaching with Conscience which exists to have a positive impact on society and our environment through coaching. As part of this work, she collaborates closely with MIND, the UK’s leading mental health charity bringing coaching services to those who are supporting local communities with mental health challenges. She also offers pro bono personal development and coaching programs to young leaders (18-25-yrs). Tracy was named as one of the Leading Global Coach winners of the Thinkers50 Marshall Goldsmith Awards of 2019 and is a nominee for the Thinkers50 Coaching and Mentoring Award in 2021. Craig is a Master Certified Coach and faculty member at Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coaching program. He has served in a variety of coaching and OD roles, including Director of Organizational Development and Coaching for a business coaching startup in the Federal government, and founder of his own coaching practice. He has worked with hundreds of clients, and partnered in the design of customized interventions for every kind of organizational challenge imaginable. In addition to his work as a coach, he serves as an executive in the federal government. He is an attorney and a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law (Juris Doctorate). Current certifications include: Hogan suite, Emotional Quotient-Inventory 2.0, and the EQ-I 360 tools. He considers himself a student of adult development theory and has delivered individual and team coaching in many organizations including Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Osprey Publishing, and Luminis Health, as well as multiple federal agencies (Defense, Agriculture, TSA, Health and Human Services, NASA) small businesses, non-profits, and independent law firms.
