Armi is a phenomenon. He is very young, so you might think he'd still need to learn a lot. But the truth ist, that you can certainly learn from him.
I really like the well structured information he delivers on various topics and I really appreciate that he makes scientific information on fitness and nutrition understandable and applicable for the interested trainee.
I'd also like to thank him for his articulation, which makes it really easy for me to follow, though I am not a native English speaker (or listener)
