Episode Info: It's Alex Wilson-Campbell from the Remote Work Life Podcast here. Something a bit different today.  I recorded a podcast while out and about on my daily stroll because I was thinking about what I'm grateful for.   I talk through some of the things that I really appreciate in life and I'm thankful for.  So expect to hear about the weather, geese, my family and friends my know-how where physical health is concerned (and I make reference to the  Traveling Ergonomist which is useful if you're setting up your home office) ... among other topics.. What do you have to be grateful for? I think it's important to think about that, especially in these trying times. We're being constantly pushed information about what's going on in the world and that can have sometimes a detrimental effect on mental health. So it's important, to balance that out and think about things that you are grateful for and talk to your friends, talk to your family and make sure you keep the communication going as well.
