Wonderful but dark actual play podcast
From the same producers as Turncloaks this D&D podcast with an all-female cast presents another gripping, character-driven story. The first three episodes are dedicated to the PCs' harrowing backstories which are the reason they leave their homes and go on a quest to find out what's going on. The PCs meet seemingly by chance and find out they have common goal. Again, the production levels are high and the podcast sounds more like a properly produced audio drama than a bunch of friends playing a roleplaying game. Highly recommended.

RPG Actual Play Supergroup!
Imagine if--by some freakish time-bending magic--your favorite members of your favorite rock bands of all time got together at their peaks to form a Supergroup, and imagine that the members of this new group actually like each other and have a good time playing together. That's the level of play you get from Wanderquest. All the members of this show are involved in their own, high quality projects. But, when they get together here, something truly wander-ful happens.There's not a weak link in the group, even though Sydney, the DM, thinks it's her.

Completely Absorbed
I am a long time D&D fan and 5E DM, and listen to lots of podcasts that are more chit-chat about the game. I saw this podcast as I was loading up my listening for the week, and after listening to the first origin story I was hooked. Now I've obsessively listened to each episode and can't wait for the next. I love the narrative focus on storytelling and characters, and thoroughly enjoy the cast and characters. It has a relaxed, friendly feel to the story - but interspersed with darkness and tragedy.
