In this episode, we discuss The Opportunity Myth: a report by the TNTP dispels the myth that all students have the same opportunity to attain their college and professional goals. First, we speak with Justin Thach, a high-schooler from Salem, Oregon about his observations of inequity in the classroom. Then, we speak with Bailey Czupryk, lead researcher for The Opportunity Myth about concrete things we can do to move schools towards providing equal opportunity for all students.
