Honest and interesting!
I'm a pro skateboarder and vegan and this show has helped me learn more about nutrition and the benefits of being meat-free. I love the dynamic of the hosts, their honesty and their relatability. I love that they are not preachy but just very honest about about their own process of going vegetarian. My only criticism is that I would love to hear what their sources are for some of the larger claims that are made. Perhaps their newsletter can include a list of sources after each episode? Thank you both for doing what you do, educating in a friendly way, and for doing it so well!

fun and educational!
I enjoy listening to this podcast. It helped me over the bump from part time vegetarian to full time along with a bunch of great documentaries. The girls are friendly and research the podcast pretty well. So many people are all or nothing and I've pointed so many friends in the right direction of just being better. I try to be a good example. This podcast jeeps me focused in the right direction.
