Emilie Wood is the Sustainability Analyst at Impossible Foods (https://impossiblefoods.com/). Their flagship product is the Impossible Burger, a burger the looks, tastes, cooks, and bleeds like a regular beef-based hamburger, but it’s made from plants. They launched in 2016 right here in NYC.
