Episode Info: One of the most important things that has come out of my work with myself and my clients in my Get Out Of Diet Jail program has been understanding the difference between stopping overeating and stopping the desire to overeat in the first place. A lot of people who don’t overeat simply don’t think food is that big of a deal.
